Job Responsibilities

• Proactive selling of bank products and services to potential customers.
• Open bank accounts for customers.
• Up-sell other bank products such as loans especially for small business owners.
• Analyse loan applications to confirm credit-worthiness.
• Reject loan applications not meeting requirements.
• Review all loan applications to meet compliance.
• Assist customers with inquiries.
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining confidentiality.
• Accomplish the bank's mission by meeting sales targets.

Job Requirements

• OND,NCE, HND, BSc. in any field
• 1 - 6 years work experience
• Not more than 35 years old
• Have a flair for sales / marketing
• Good communication skills
• Smart and articulate.

Salary
N55,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery addresses.
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
• Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
• At least 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
• Familiarity with relevant routes.
• Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
• Ability to communicate, read and write.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
• Polite and able to get along with people.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner
• Carry out vehicle maintenance checks
• Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner
• Pick up office purchases or other administrative needs
• Utilize navigation apps to find the most optimal route
• Interact with clients in professional conduct
• Ensure that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use
• Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary
• Drive a variety of vehicles including manual and automatic.

Requirements

• SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• A valid driver's license
• 3 years of experience as a driver
• Familiarity with relevant routes
• Physical strength and ability to lift up items
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good verbal communication.
• Proficiency using GPS devices.
