    Field Sales Specialist - Oilfield Chemicals

    • As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required and performing services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. You will manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. You will develop a year plan for the department.

    Responsibilities
    As a Field Sales Specialist - Oilfield Chemicals you will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
    • Collaborating with sales teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast.
    • Maintaining flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity.
    • Understanding the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Petroleum or Industrial Engineering.
    • Have 8 years of experience in chemical oil treatment, specially within Oilfield Services.
    • Have effective organizational and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communicational ability.
    • Have ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
    • Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on resume).

    Responsibilities
    As an Assembly Repair Maintenance and Overhaul Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Handling simple project processes with detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge
    • Collaborating with other business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
    • Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed
    • Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for the department and activities of the team
    • Discussing consequences of changes in products and processes for own team in the organization
    • Collaborating in operational incident investigations, root cause analysis and identification of preventive and corrective actions

    To be successful in this role you will

    • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and be able to demonstrate solid experience in Services
    • Have an understanding & reading of electronic wiring & assembly drawings & instructions
    • Demonstrate good knowledge of Assembly, Repair and Maintenance techniques
    • Have at least 3 years' experience in Wireline Services
    • Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
    • Have at least 3 years' experience in the Oil & Gas Industry

    Responsibilities
    As a Field Operator - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:

    • Learning how to perform basic operator duties in either a cased or open hole environment
    • Maintaining wellsite records and communications as required by District Manager.
    • Driving company vehicles in a safe manner, observing all company regulations and maintaining scheduled time.
    • Participating effectively in quality improvement efforts with respect to ballistics operations.
    • Promoting and maintaining good customer relations. Conducting all business activities in accordance with company policies
    • Carrying out required responsibilities safely as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have an Associates' Degree, or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
    • Be willing to gain industry experience and product line training and attend Wireline Training School
    • Be able to safely drive the logging units and be physically able to handle harsh environmental conditions and heavy physical labor
    • Have at least 2 years' solid experience and knowledge of wireline services
    • Have knowledge of and ensure compliance with all Federal, Country, State, Local and wireline regulations applicable to wireline explosives operations
    • Show a basic knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry
    • Demonstrate a good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
    • Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills.
