    Field Technician - Solar Energy Systems

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Technician to join our team in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems, including solar PV panels, energy storage systems, and backup solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Installation: Install solar energy systems, including solar PV panels, energy storage systems, and backup solutions.
    • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar energy systems.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with solar energy systems.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control measures are in place, adhering to industry standards.
    • Training: Assist in training local technicians and stakeholders on solar energy system installation and maintenance.

    Requirements

    • Education: OND/HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in solar energy system installation and maintenance.
    • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar PV panels, energy storage systems, and backup solutions.
    • Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Certifications: NABCEP or equivalent certification in solar PV installation and maintenance (desirable).
