    Finance Executive

    Basically responsible for all financial aspects of the Organization. To manage & prepare financiareports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.

    MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Initiating Bank online Portafor payment Posted of vendors, customs duty, travebills, Intercompany fund transfers
    • Preparing and submitting Daily Sales reports to Management
    • Preparing and submission of Daily Advance Sales reports/Pending dispatches report
    • Submission of Daily report to Management
    • Reconciliation of Usance outstanding report
    • Reconciliation of PhysicaInventory with Books
    • Recording daily payable/receivable transactions into ERP system
    • Reconciliation and analysis with vendor statements
    • Preparation of Monthly FinanciaStatements with alrequired supporting annexes

     

    • Passing of Monthly provisionaentries to ensure proper closure of books
    • Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Reconciliation of With Holding Tax and remitting with concerned authorities
    • Ensure almonthly statutory payments like VAT, PAYE, and PENSION are remitted 
    • Assisting in MIS, Adhoc reporting to Management
    • Reconciliation of Intercompany balances and submission of reports 
    • Ensuring Settlement Of TraveBills as per company policy

    Knowledge, Skills, and experience

    • To interact frequently with other departments and participate fully in the day-to-day functioning of the business.
    • Communication 
    • CriticaThinking Analysis of financiaand MIS reports
    • Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution
    • Multitasking
    • Good team member.
    • Focused and efficient in timely delivering desired outputs
    • Good at using of Microsoft Excel
    • Must be ICAN Certified 
    • Minimum 7 years of experience
