    Treasury Settlement Analyst

    JOB SUMMARY

    • A Treasury Settlement Analyst is responsible for managing and executing Funds/Institutional Client transactions in the Interbank Market, ensuring timely settlement of securities trades via the Custodian.
    • This includes recording daily transactions across portfolios, preparing interbank settlement reports for internal stakeholders, conducting daily transaction call-overs, and reconciling outstanding transactions and SEC/Custodian reports.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Ensure retrieval of contract notes from counterparties on all completed transactions and accuracy of the parameters contained therein are as agreed
    • Ensure that transactions are processed in strict adherence to agreed SLAs
    • Provide Bank Relationship Management Support
    • Provide Funds Management support
    • Provide support in the management of ARM Investor Notes and ensure daily posting/call over of transactions on the portfolio management software (Deluxe)
    • Settlement of MIXTA transactions

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
    • Advanced degree in Finance or Business Management (e.g. MBA, M.Sc Finance e.t.c)
    • Professional certification in finance and/or accounting from a recognized professional body (e.g. GARP, CFA, CGMA, ACCA, ICAN e.t.c)

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Disbursement Officer is responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of working capital and regulatory payments for ARM Businesses.
    • This role involves handling inquiries and requests from internal customers and units, managing relationships with banks, and preparing daily cash positions and reports.
    • The Disbursement Officer also resolves reconciliation issues within a 48-hour turnaround, maintains the company's bank accounts, monitors cash advance disbursement and retirement processes, and provides support to the settlement desk as needed.
    • This position requires a high level of accuracy, timely task execution, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Prompt processing of Working capital and regulatory payments for ARM Holdco, ARM Harith, ARM Trustees and ARMIM with minimal errors 
    • Attend to inquiries/requests from internal customers/units as regards working capital & dedicated client accounts across the respective Banks. Following up with banks for prompt processing of approved transactions  
    • Preparation of Daily Cash Position for Trust Clients and Working Capital accounts  
    • Daily preparation of call-over report and upload of same in the dedicated folder.  
    • Provide Bank Relationship Management Support  
    • Prompt resolution of all reconciliation issues as it relates to ARMHIIL, ARMHIF, Trustees, AAFML & RFL. TAT of no more than 48hrs  
    • Maintenance of the company’s bank accounts, support opening, closing and signatory changes on bank accounts  
    • Monitor cash advance disbursement and retirement processes.  
    • Provide support to the settlement desk as and when needed 

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    Education  

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university  
    • Professional certification in finance and/or accounting from a recognized professional body (e.g. GARP, CFA, CGMA, ACCA, ICAN etc.) will be added advantage.  

    Experience  

    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.  
    • Work experience in the financial services industry will be of added advantage
