    Receptionist

    Responsibilities,

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable 
    • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role 
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages 
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Customer service attitude

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain a fully stocked store

    Microfinance Credit Officers

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Building, nurturing and coordinating customers who will be doing daily, weekly or customized savings schemes.
    • Creating and managing the number of savers.
    •  Educate customers so that they understand that the saving scheme empowers them to grow or build capital and be able to access loans.
    • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

    Requirements:
    Minimum of National Diploma 

    Good communication/customer services skills.
