    General Manager - Enterprise Sales

    • Provide technical leadership/advice in the formulation and development of Enterprise Sales policies and guidelines and ensure compliance of operations of the department with MTN policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement plans in support of approved Enterprise Solutions strategies, ensuring an effective method of monitoring related initiatives is deployed as well as providing regular management reports on the plans.
    • Develop Enterprise Sales strategies and initiatives to meet targets in alignment with the division/MTN corporate strategy and in response to events or changes impacting departmental activities.
    • Drive and manage the Enterprise Business Sales team to meet and beat revenue and new business targets and ensure integrated channel management, supported by appropriate systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
    • Provide thought leadership and advice on the creation/adoption of a framework to integrate business analysis and planning into MTNN’s engagements and identify/create distinct competitive advantages for the organization through strategic use of information.
    • Plan and develop framework and strategies for delivering information/analytics solutions to key stakeholders and leading the design and oversight of business intelligence and reporting tools. 
    • Lead and collaborate with other business units in the development of business models for use in MTNN and develop measurement strategies to support ongoing strategy development and project optimization.
    • Assess resource requirements for the department and develop budget for the Enterprise Sales function and regularly monitor resources of the department ensuring they are allocated and utilized in a cost effective and financially disciplined manner and in line with budget provisions and new markets.
    • Ensure full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws.
    • Support the sale of complex communications solutions in large corporate customer organizations (consultative-based selling) by developing effective counterpart relationships.
    • Identify viable business opportunities trends with strong supporting business case imperative to outputs, strategic business and industry-related research and analysis.
    • Regularly monitor and review resources of the department ensuring they are allocated and utilized in a cost effective and financially disciplined manner and in line with budget provisions.
    • Partner effectively with MTNN’s critical high value customers to enhance MTN’s Corporate Brand.
    • Develop and implement an effective account management strategy which includes contact strategies, account development planning and sales pipelines.
    • Develop and implement reseller agreements, distribution strategies and other sale opportunities.
    • Review Enterprise Sales performance/market information, provide executive management with timely feedback on response actions in keeping in line with set business objective and goals and develop contingency plans as required to address shortfalls or excesses.
    • Coach and mentor the Enterprise Sales team to ensure understanding of the objectives and goals of the department, awareness of all related job requirements and accountabilities and leverage human resources career development programs for staff career development.
    • Provide leadership and direction in the operations, leading team to deliver on respective business targets and improve overall performance of the department.

    Education:

    • A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant discipline
    • An post graduate degree preferably in a business related discipline (e.g. MSc , MBA, etc) will be advantageous
    • Fluent in English and language of country preferable

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 12 years’ experience which includes:
    • Senior management track record of 3 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/industry as per relevant role
    • Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise (understanding of emerging markets is advantageous)
    • Work experience across diverse cultures and geographies
    • Experience in managing a national sales force 
    • Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics
    • Commercial experience in relevant sector
    • Experience in identifying new markets
    • Corporate sales experience is a plus

    Manager - Digital Marketing

    • Develop, execute and implement MTN’s Digital marketing plans across all Digital media, Social media, web etc.
    • Implement annual and tactical Digital Marketing plans to deliver on set business KPIs on brand engagement and product and services adoption
    • Drive performance and attribution for all product and services campaigns.
    • Drive an increase in MTNN’s Brand Health Tracker and Brand Net Promoter Score 
    • Maintain market lead as the number one  Digital brand in the Telco space on website ranking, followership and engagement
    • Develop, execute and manage all digital campaigns for the MTN Brand, in line with MTN’s digital strategy 
    • Develop content strategy and innovative social media engagement initiatives to drive brand differentiation and affinity
    • Drive campaign performance and conversion using SEO/SEM, re-marketing, display advertising leading to attribution, referral marketing, content marketing etc.
    • Assist the Senior Manager Digital Marketing in effectively providing guidance to internal stakeholders in the development and deployment of content and creatives for optimal efficiency 
    • Prepare campaign reports and overall web/social channels performance
    • Maintain and manage the company’s website and all related websites for better user journey and website ranking 
    • Manage in-house creative department to ensure alignment of all brand communication with the MTN Group CI
    • Manage the creation of all project documentation (plans including communication; project; risk and stakeholder management plans)
    • Analyze and interpret user journey stats in order to improve the customer experience 
    • Lead team to prioritize and implement all approved initiatives to deliver on set business objectives 
    • Review performance of individual team members and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee performance appraisal procedures and time schedules

    Education:

    • First degree in a business related or any social science discipline
    • A post-graduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline will be an added advantage
    • Relevant certification in Digital Marketing
    • APCON Certification
    • Fluent in English

    Experience:

    • Experience: 6 - 13 years’ experience which includes:
    • At least 4 years in digital marketing driving digital strategy & advertising
    • At least 1 year core marketing experience
    • Experience in leading teams and agency relationships in planning and developing digital campaigns
    • Proficiency in the use of Digital Marketing tools like, Google analytics, Mix Panel, Apps flyer, Metabase, Data studio, MailChimp etc.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

    Specialist - Operations Support System

    • Develop and maintain tools, applications and scripts to increase the effectiveness of the OSS/NMS and Tools platforms.
    • Perform system administration for the OSS/NMS and Tools platforms.
    • Manage system updates/necessary changes in systems set-up in OSS/NMS and Tools platforms.
    • Carry out corrective, preventive and routine maintenance on OSS/NMS and Tools platforms.
    • Monitor status and performance of the network elements interfacing with the OSS platforms.
    • Maintain databases where standard data on OSS is kept.

    Analyst - Business Intelligence

    • Develop and automate Enterprise Business reports (standard reports/dashboards); obtain business intelligence/insights from internal sources 
    • Propose process efficiencies for data analysis, content, consistency, intelligence to maximize display and data quality assurance
    • Perform variance analysis on projects within Enterprise Business
    • Create dashboards for management giving complete view of revenue impact and customer loyalty and churners
    • Produce analysis and business intelligence to Enterprise Business by utilizing various tools and drawing on proven proficiency/experience (including all aspects of the architecture of cube/report design, creation etc.)
    • Provide management with fact-based, business-oriented actionable insights to facilitate informed decision making

    Analyst - Credit Performance

    • Regular follow up on postpaid transactions to ensure compliance with credit terms
    • Prepare reports periodically according to reporting deadlines
    • Generate credit performance report indicating the ageing of debts and collections
    • Generate and evaluate Trade Partner and customer credit status, credit utilization and credit sales reports
    • Receive, prepare and manage correspondence related to assigned credit activities

    Senior Lead - Sales and Trade Development

    • Review channel operations and stock levels and ensure proper stock management in the channel in order to meet customer demands.
