    Admin Facility Manager

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Salary: N150,000

    Experience: 3 years
    We are looking to hire an Admin Facility Manager for our client, a luxury interior architect company in Lekki, Lagos.
    Job Description

    • Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
    • Inspect the premises every day at an interval to ensure there are no debris or litters in the premises
    • Manage diesel and repair purchases
    • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
    • Schedule and coordinate gardener’s routine
    • Inspect the plants and flowers to ensure they are neat and not overgrown
    • Supervise security personnel, cleaners, gardeners and external contractors, to ensure they are carrying out their responsibilities
    • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc
    • Carry out all administrative duties.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • BSc/BA in Engineering or Facilities Management or any related field.
    • 3  years and above experience as an Admin/facility manager or related field.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
    • Experienced in the management of facilities and buildings
    • Good knowledge of utility management for cost effectiveness
    • Basic book-keeping skills
    • Excellent decision-making.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational  and leadership skills
    • Good analytical/critical thinking

    Production Manager

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Salary: N200,000 – N250,000

    Experience: 7 years
    We are looking to hire a Production Manager for our client, a luxury fashion brand in Ikoyi, Lagos.


    Job Description

    • Assign tasks from the job cards to machinists.
    • Hand out fabrics and accessories to machinists and beaders
    • Confirm that client’s measurement matches the outfits produced
    • Confirm that client’s design/sketch matches production output
    • Create weekly production schedules and assign tasks daily to team members
    • Hand out fabrics and accessories to machinists and beaders
    • Monitor team members to achieve the daily production targets
    • Collate tailoring needs of each tailor, their challenges and materials
    • Work directly with the cutters, tailors and beaders to ensure compliance with set standards
    • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
    • Carry out fabric tests for new fabrics
    • Ensure that factory machinery is in good working order
    • Identify and immediately escalate any flaws in manufacturing to be rectified
    • Ensure that the cutting table clothes are changed bi-monthly
    • Work closely with the cutters to curtail unnecessary wastage
    • Send monthly report of each tailor’s performance including  areas of  improvement
    • Ensure that the production process conforms to company standards
    • Ensure that the safety standards are being maintained within the factory and that team members are abiding by workplace safety rules

    Requirements

    • BSc/ HND in any field
    • Diploma in Fashion is required
    • 7 years’ plus experience in garment production
    • Excellent leadership and time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational skills  
    • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
    • Ability to think strategically
    • Must have a good eye for finishing and able to pay attention to details
    • Must pay attention to details
