    Business Development Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Reddington Hospital in Lagos.
    • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, and business growth strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic business plans
    • Manage key stakeholder relationships
    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance service delivery

    Qualifications

    • BSC/HND in a relevant field
    • Professional qualification from relevant body such as CIMN,ISMN is an added advantage
    • Proven experience in business development management or healthcare administration
    • Strong leadership and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Minimum of 5 Years experience

    Business Development Officer

    • The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive the growth and success of Reddington Multi Specialist Hospital.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in business development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share for the hospital.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and corporate partners.
    • Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, presentations, and other documentation to secure new contracts and business ventures.
    • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects aimed at enhancing the hospital’s services and expanding its service offerings.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives, adjusting as needed to meet goals.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and clinical staff, to ensure alignment with hospital objectives and successful execution of business plans.

    Care Coordinator

    Job Responsibilities

    • The post holder will facilitate access to quality healthcare with respect to shell patients while also working to generate revenue for the hospital through health insurance claims management.
    • Responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients in wards or clinics to ensure delivery of high standards of care
    • Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that appropriate information is shared and patient needs are met
    • Responsible for maintaining patient records within agreed standards
    • To adhere to hospital policies and procedures relating to the care of patients and the provision of a clean and safe environment.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years experience.
