    Business Associates/ Sales Tech Education

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying Potential Clients: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients for the after-school tech program. Utilize industry-standard techniques to assess and understand the needs of the target audience.
    • Developing Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a high level of engagement. Employ established best practices to guide clients seamlessly through the enrollment process.
    • Team: Work closely with the Communication team to align sales efforts with overarching marketing strategies. Provide substantiated insights and data from client interactions to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

    • Social Media and Digital Marketing Skills

    Classroom Assistant

    Our client is looking to employ a Classroom Assistant, who can be supportive, communicate effectively and who can work together as a team with the classroom teacher.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the lead teacher in implementing instructional activities and managing the classroom environment.
    • Assist with the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.
    • Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students as directed by the lead teacher.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting student engagement and cooperation.
    • Supervise students during various activities, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
    • Assist with classroom management, reinforcing established behavior expectations.
    • Help with clerical tasks, such as record-keeping, grading, and organizing educational materials.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum qualifications: OND.
    • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
