    Front Desk / Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with procurement officer to maintain record and organise office supplies stock.
    • Schedule in-house and external events, maintain a corporate calendar and schedule and book meetings.
    • Manage important and confidential company documents.
    • Manage company database entry and client files.
    • Provide support to clients and employees.
    • Create reports on expenses and office budgets, on a regular basis.
    • Writing emails, memos and letters.
    • Create reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
    • Follow-up with clients within a week of vehicle repair and confirm durability and sustainability of repairs.
    • Carry out occasional feedback/survey with existing clients towards customer retention.
    • Keep record and carry out basic bookkeeping tasks.
    • Answering of phone calls and responding to messages & emails.
    • Prepare daily workshop reports preceding all ongoing activities.
    • Prepare job cards, and requisitions in liaison with the Workshop supervisor and Manager.
    • Follow-ups on the status of requisitions involving both local purchases and all repairs.
    • Maintenance of workshop personnel attendance record.
    • Confirm payments from clients and make payments to vendors and delivery personnels for purchased items.
    • Performing tasks including filing, printing and photocopying. and other administrative duties.
    • Work hand in hand with the Business manager.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience as an admin.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong work ethics & reliability.

    Production / Operation Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Production Manager/ Operation Manager of our Fashion house you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective production of high-quality garments.
    • You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments such as design, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tailoring, and designing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Description

    • Confirm availability of production team/tailors.
    • Develop production schedules and timelines to meet delivery deadlines and customer demands.
    • Coordinate with the design team to ensure that production timelines align with collection releases.
    • Work closely with the procurement team to procure raw materials and ensure their timely availability for production.
    • Supervise and provide guidance to the design team, cutters, tailors, beaders, and other personnel.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
    • Coordinate with retail stores to ensure steady stock.
    • Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace.
    • Oversee quality control throughout the production process.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between all department and the management
    • Follow and achieve the company’s goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Comply with all procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
