    Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our eye clinic as a Front Desk/Customer Service Representative.
    • The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience from the moment they arrive at our clinic.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients warmly and check them in upon arrival.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
    • Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies.
    • Address patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a timely and professional manner.
    • Schedule appointments and manage the clinics appointment calendar.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

    Position Overview:

    • The Intensivist is responsible for the comprehensive care of patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
    • This role requires specialized knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Patient Care:
