About The Role

• As a Full-stack developer, you will be responsible for producing scalable software solutions. You will be a part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development cycle, from conception to deployment. Part of your job duties will be co-designing, building, testing, and implementing software solutions. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, is passionate about innovation, challenges the status quo, and has high energy levels.
• As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both Front-end and Back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Key Responsibilities

• Plan: Work as a part of an agile development team, taking responsibility for organizing and planning their work.
• Create: Write effective APIs.
• Build: Build, improve, and maintain responsive frontends/portals.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Client collaboration: Collaborate with system/feature stakeholders to discuss, collect, interpret, and analyse technical constraints and establish technical solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Collaborate with QA/QC team to ensure the quality of test cases and testing process.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
• Work with the Lead Programmer on designing services/micro-frontends/solutions, planning, and reviews of the team.
• Implementation: Implement, improve, and maintain backend services.
• Develop: Develop online tools/features.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Design: Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Review: Perform peer code reviews.
• Analyse unfamiliar code of a reasonable complexity to understand, extend, and refactor it.
• Perform load testing and write unit tests wherever needed.
• Documentation: Write technical documentation

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Educational Background: BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Technical skills

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in building REST services using C# and .NET Core web API.
• Experience with one or more PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Experience in developing highly available and scalable backend services.
• Experience in hosting services in cloud AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Prior experience with React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Familiarity with more current specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Front-end languages.

Good to have:

• Proficiency in, or experience with C++ coding.
• Experience of working with Docker/Kubernetes.

About The Role

• As a Finance manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of transactional and advisory work within the finance department, inclusive of but not limited to issues related to funds management, account payables and account receivables, and treasury functions, to support the implementation of INFINIONs financial strategies and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Working with the CEO, to develop the financial strategy for INFINION derived from the corporate strategy.
• Assist in the coordination and communication with external auditors as needed.
• Working with the business across all business teams.
• Advice: Provide advisory services to the Company's management and Board on cash and funds management, based on current market realities and trends.
• Oversee and deliver recommendations to Board and Board committees regarding financial, audit matters, investments, and strategic initiatives and direction.
• Plan: Plan, implement, and manage investment strategies.
• Manage aspects of risk through accounting, audit, planning, and treasury functions.
• Prepare: Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare the corporate cash flow and funds management matters for the business.
• Prepare financial and business-related analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments
• Develop a template for budget preparation. Plan and oversee consolidated budgets and long-range plans.
• Report: Provide reports on a periodic and ad hoc basis on funds, liquidity, etc, to ensure management has the required information to make qualitative financial decisions.
• Perform revenue analysis, calculations, and reporting monthly. Develop new strategies to improve the accuracy and timeliness of revenue management.
• Monitor: Determine monthly revenue forecast and identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage financial risks, including but not limited to those bordering its foreign exchange positions.
• Compliance: Statutory deductions computation and remittances such as WHT, VAT, PENSION, TAX, NHF, NSITF, GLI and CIT.
• Develop revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards.
• Develop internal finance controls based on industry best practices.
• Define appropriate capital structures for business arrangements while keeping in mind the company's corporate objectives, needs, risk management, taxation, accounting, and legal/ policy requirements.
• Measuring and tracking INFNIONs financial KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective actions where required

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years cognate experience in Investment, Accounting/ Treasury functions, or a related financial market. Experience in the technology industry is key. Experience in the preparation of financial schedules and SEC filings. Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.
• Must be a Qualified Finance with prior experience in a tech firm.
• Knowledge and experience in all facets of revenue assurance.
