    Furniture Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods
    • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Cross-selling products and knowing layout of the store
    • Provide superior customer service and support to designers
    • Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales
    • Provide superior customer service and support to designers
    • Maintain updated customer information including contact data special
    • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
    • Meet personal and team sales targets
    • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
    • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
    • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

    Requirements and Skills

    • BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent
    • Proven sales experience in a furniture making company
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Computer use competency
    • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Self motivated and driven.

    Sales / Marketing Executive (Educational Books)

    Job Description

    • As a Sales / Business Developer you will focus on bringing in new business as well as managing loyal and committed client relationships by delivering a range of solutions from product and services portfolio.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Identify new clients and work with them to create targeted marketing campaigns
    • Create meaningful, long term relationships with existing clients and work consultatively to support their marketing initiatives
    • Work to achieve predefined monthly and annual targets
    • Create and accurately maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM
    • Focus on forward planning and be able to manage your time
    • Willingness to identify and attend regular client meetings (nationally and internationally) in order to establish and maintain strong relationships
    • Attend industry events to meet and network with your clients (national and international)
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of your client portfolio

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
    • Media sales experience for example local/national press, consumer, digital, B2B etc.
    • At least 3 years prior experience in Business Development or Sales in an educational publishing company is most preferred.
    • Exceptional and consistent track record in sales
    • Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation
    • A professional manner both on the telephone and face to face
    • A passion for sales, attention to detail, and customer service
    • The ability to work to targets
    • Effective time management
    • Ability to work independently without supervision
    • An openness to feedback and confidence working with others
    • Experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM, Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office
    • Good standard of education is essential (degree level desirable but not essential).
