    Head of Human Resources

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

    Requirements and Skills

    • Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 4 - 6 years work experience. 
    • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

    Site Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the on-site operations of real estate development projects.
    • This position is responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • The Site Supervisor works closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project.

    Key Responsibilities

    • On-Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction, renovations, repairs, and maintenance work. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers on-site. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
    • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship, materials, and construction practices comply with approved standards and specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective measures as needed.
    • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
    • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of on-site activities, including daily progress reports, safety reports, material usage, and any changes or deviations from the original plans. Prepare reports for management and other stakeholders as required.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and obstacles that may impact project progress. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop and implement effective solutions.
    • Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, labor costs, and material usage to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives to optimize project efficiency.
    • Client Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to provide updates on project status, address any concerns or inquiries, and maintain positive relationships throughout the construction process.
    • Change Management: Assess and manage changes in project scope, schedule, or specifications. Evaluate the impact of change requests and coordinate with the relevant parties to implement changes effectively.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Recommend process improvements, new technologies, and innovative techniques to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred).
    • Proven experience as a site supervisor or a similar role in the real estate or construction industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Study design briefs and determine requirements
    • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
    • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
    • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
    • Test graphics across various media
    • Amend designs after feedback
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
    • 2 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
