    Head of IT

    Role: Head of IT
    Location: South East 

    Job Description

    • Establishing the organization's technical vision and leading all aspects of technological development, including strategic direction and future growth.
    • Developing and maintaining the overall framework of IT policies, standards, and strategies that will empower businesses and people to deliver on their commitments to the strategy and budgets
    • Setting up IT guidelines in structural management for the entire IT infrastructure which involves computers, peripheral devices, telecommunications, servers, and the internet.
    • Directing the development and execution of a firm-wide cybersecurity program that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's information and systems meeting regulatory, governmental, partner, and organization expectations
    • Ensure that the organization's technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Identifying technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.
    • Supervising vetting and procurement of all technology-related outsourced services.
    • Establishing and fostering a mature IT team culture via a policy-driven approach with documented and repeatable processes, the reward for innovative and repeated success, and a team approach to new initiatives and issue resolution
    • Working to drive technology goals for the organization's trading systems and ensuring effective and collaborative processes within trading including continuous improvements of trading
    • Managing and driving the organization's cloud strategy
    • Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging information technologies, and voice and data communications
    • Improving and driving SAGE and other application projects from IT 
    • Defining IT Policies to meet business objectives; periodically monitor and review IT Policies to align with business objectives.
    • Assessing IT risks and alerting stakeholders to take informed business decisions.
    • Periodically connecting with Line Managers to understand and fulfill their function level challenges, dependent on IT function
    • Other tasks as directed by your line manager

    Qualification

    • B.Sc / M.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in Information Technology, 4 of which are managerial and strategic
    • Experience in online platform development and payment, automation of business solutions etc.
    • Proven track record of cybersecurity oversight and program development
    • Keen business acumen and proven executive management abilities base on prior experience.
    • Knowledge of the latest industry trends.
    • IT Infrastructure experience within the last 5 years
    • Ability to think and act strategically and proactively

    Sales Executives - Water Pumps

    Reporting to: Business Head 
    Responsibilities:

    • Key responsibility is to meet sales revenue targets and expand customer base across all regions and customer segments
    • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to customers.
    • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business. Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and others in a timely manner. Provide support and encourage partner business to grow.
    • Analyze market trends and develop sales and promotion plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
    • Keep clear visibility on the stock availability and the forecasted sales to ensure optimum stocks in line with sales targets and promotions
    • Work with the service teams to develop after sales service support systems to ensure service support to the customers.
    • Hold regular partner meets and keep them engaged with promotional and branding offers.
    • Travel to meet with potential and existing clients, as well as field sales staff across Nigeria
    • Other functions as assigned by your line manager

    Requirement

    • HND/BSc in any related field
    • Previous working experience as a Sales Executive for at least 2-3 year(s) in Water pumps industry (preferred) 
    • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
    • Must be well versed with MS Office applications
