    Head of Operations

    Role Overview

    The Head of Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This role entails driving excellence in daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all outlets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Leadership:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
    • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and targets.

    Sales and Order Management:

    • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Monitor order counts, ticket averages, and upselling efforts to maximize revenue.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local store marketing plans to increase sales.

    Quality and Compliance:

    • Ensure operational excellence through regular NSF audits and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Implement measures to control theft, reduce costs, and manage inventory effectively.
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Team Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
    • Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in operations and customer service.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

    Customer Experience:

    • Enhance the customer experience by ensuring efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and high-quality service.
    • Address customer feedback and implement improvements to meet customer expectations.

    Technical and POS Management:

    • Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) systems and infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide technical support to store managers and staff for any POS-related issues.
    • Implement system enhancements and training programs to improve POS functionalities and user experience.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and operational excellence.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

    Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
    • P&L Management

    Safety and Security:

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across all outlets.
    • Implement measures to protect customer and business data within the POS systems.

    Marketing and Brand Management:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Oversee local store marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate marketing goals.
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve competitive positioning.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to the executive team to support decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong understanding of POS systems and technical troubleshooting.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

    Business Development Executive

    About the Job

    • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing business solutions and sales ideas, identifying sales leads, pitching our office spaces to potential clients and closing new sales to increase the clientele and achieve profitable revenue growth for the company.
    • This role involves conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, forming business partnerships, and creating business development plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting market research to identify potential clients in the public sector and identifying business opportunities and sales leads.
    • Identifying and approaching potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and networking events in the public sector.
    • Increasing awareness and communicating our services via multiple marketing materials and channels.
    • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate revenue.

    • Following up with new business opportunities/leads through various platforms to establish a relationship and set up meetings.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of office spaces.
    • Experience within the private and public sectors.

    Competence Requirement:

    Head of Sales & Business Development

    About the Job

    • We are seeking to hire a Head of Sales & Business Development. The role holder will lead strategic sales efforts to drive significant revenue growth and expand the Aftermarket Products business segment, leveraging a strong client network and extensive experience in the auto parts and automotive industries across Nigeria and Africa.
    • The ideal candidate is a seasoned Senior Sales Professional with a proven track record in high-value negotiations, team leadership, and securing major transactions with importers and distributors, who can drive business initiatives and achieve real-time revenue growth.

    Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

    • Strategically roll out and monitor operational targets for the sales team that would be a springboard for individual success and revenue growth.
    • Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to our aftermarket products segment.
    • Conceptualize new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from corporate, foundation, government, bilateral organizations, or other partnerships.
    • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to achieve outcomes based on the set business goal and company-wide strategy.
    • Leverage existing networks to acquire high net-worth clients and oversee the sales process for the business.
    • Plan promotions and seek out volume customers to increase sales.
    • Use market trends and analysing data to identify business opportunities for targeted sales.
    • As brand champion, effectively preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients.
    • Source and pro-actively manage a partner pipeline to ensure consistent growth and a regular deal flow
    • Grow and manage our provider users and develop strategic systems to ensure retention.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sales and business development.
    • Experience in the automotive industry is crucial. Experience in aftermarket product sales/Procurement/Automotive aftersales is an added advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
    • Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
    • Experience in implementing and managing efficient sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
