    Head, Proprietary Trading

    Job Summary

    To develop and drive the strategy for the Proprietary Trading Division (Fixed Income and Equities Desk) ensuring that all set targets are met.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategizing with brokers and other traders for optimal trading
    • Identifying and managing risk in trade portfolios
    • Maximise trading opportunities in the market

    Job Summary

    Primary coverage of Banking Sector and first line reviewer of major research reports. Our ideal candidate will also be actively involved in strategy.

    Responsibilities

    Operations Manager - Security Company

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular patrol to various locations
    • Oversee the control and command Centre

    Head of Legal & Company Secretary (CS)

    Job Description

    • Manage records of contracts & other legal documents deposited with the legal team for safekeeping
    • Provide legal advice and guidance in all matters concerning the laws and regulations governing the Group, its staff, legal structure(s) and the conduct of its operations and transactions conducted by departments
    • Supervise a comprehensive due diligence prior to investments where necessary
    • When necessary, defend and settle disputes and litigation involving the Group and liaise with external lawyers as required
    • Conduct legal research prior to effecting corporate changes and potential exits and conduct external counsels in this regard
    • Organise, prepare agendas for, and take minutes of board meetings, Board Committee Meetings and general meetings (AGMs)
    • Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, Directors and secretaries and ensure that corporate regulatory filings are up to date
    • Research documents and case history to ensure the accuracy of legal advice and procedures
    • Keep up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading journals and attending relevant programmes
    • Ensure that the company complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association and applicable corporate governance policies
    • Provide adequate guidance to the board on their responsibilities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and advise management on appropriate action
    • Liaise with relevant government and regulatory authorities, where required
    • Participate in industry-focus groups including the Nigerian Bar Association Corporate Counsel sections
    • Participate in disciplinary committee meetings and provide legal counsel on approach and recommendations
    • Provide legal counsel to the respective departments within the company and review all presented documents that have legal implications prior to signing by any company representative
    • Provide support to the compliance team on all regulatory matters, where required
    • Propose and/or implement innovative ideas to enhance business results in the firm
    • Act as a leader and mentor to junior employees in the firm
    • Manage other activities as delegated by Management
    • Supervise and coach junior members of the team

    Education

    Job Description

    CORE PURPOSE 

    • Drive and Promote Cybersecurity business, products, and services
    • Lead accounts sales strategy to deliver sustainable cybersecurity revenue performance.
    • Coordinate Cybersecurity strategy to drive the introduction and rapid expansion of market-relevant products.
    • Manage key relationships with critical stakeholders such as FINTECH, TELCOM, ACCOUNTING, and TECHNOLOGY companies.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, monitor, and review strategies to drive sustainable and profitable cybersecurity solutions to ensure sustainable volume and revenue growth.
    • Deliver accurate pipeline, revenue forecast, and management for the cybersecurity business in line with approved performance and commercial objectives.
    • Establish best-practice sales and account management processes to drive the cybersecurity business. Maintain relationships the new and existing partners, and potential customers to increase cybersecurity business footprint across regions.
    • Develop product design frameworks for governing product lifecycle management in order to ensure product fit and sustainable ROI.
    • Provide ongoing advisory and in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity business in Nigeria to potential partners. Review market trends, industry context, and their implications on the cybersecurity business in Nigeria.
    • Stay abreast of new rules, pricing, and regulatory trends to be able to support  Enterprise Business strategic goals
    • Actively collaborate with commercial functions, planning, and operations teams to prioritize product launches and issues resolution in order to boost customer experience.
    • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly product/service sales goals
    • Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/services. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers. Pre-sales activities will also include close interaction with internal groups such as product management, marketing, R&D, and post-sales support
    • Provide technical leadership to enterprise customers through a range of pre-sales support functions including, supporting product evaluations, pre-sales technical consultation, post-sales support advocacy, and proactive needs analysis.
    • Deliver technical presentations tailored for technical and non-technical audiences ranging from Firewall admins to executive and C-Level.
    • Deliver consistent product training, technology updates, release updates, and roadmap information.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business Administration, Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
    • 4+ year experience in strategic Account/Sales facing roles in IT/ Software/ Telecoms or relevant industries.
    • A high sense of urgency and deep interest in serving the customer
    • Hands-on functional understanding of multiple cybersecurity solutions like Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto, PAM, SIEM, NAC, WAF, DLP etc.
    • Hands-on functional understanding of security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing tools
    • Strong selling, account management, and sales strategy development skills in a fast-paced mobile network environment.
    • Strong client relationship development, Interpersonal and customer orientation skills
    • Strong executive-level presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Applied knowledge of business planning, and product and budget management skills.
    • Ability to keep and maintain confidentiality and protection of sensitive business  information.
    • Ability to independently manage, resolve difficulties and achieve business outcomes.
    • Must have excellent customer orientation skills
