    Head, Sales Admin / Operations

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
    • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
    • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
    • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
    • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
    • Compiling monthly sales reports.
    • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
    • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
    • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc in any field (Business Administration).
    • A Male candidate is preferred for gender balance.
    • At least 3 years previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of administrative record-keeping.
    • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
    • Proficiency with MS Word Skill (Excel is a MUST, PowerPoint, Word is a)
    • Strong communication and time management skills.
    • Good mathematics skills.

    Category Manager

    Job Description

    Our client, an international company whose manufacturing output cut across several ranges of consumable products requires the service of Category Marketing Manager.

    You are to formulate and implement your marketing strategy in line with specific and assigned product portfolio and meet expected objectives of the product or brands and report directly to Marketing Director.

    Location – Lagos

    Job responsibilities

    You are to take overall accountability of managing marketing activities for specific and designated product portfolio in keeping with the objectives set out for the concerned brands and products.

    • Responsibility of Marketing Planning & Execution - leading & implementing Strategies, Processes, Commercial Execution, Goals & Target Delivery – with associated Process Controls, People Management, Cross-Functional Support and Coordination, etc.;
    • Coordinate & manage roles internally, along with external agency, partner & vendor handling.

    Qualification and requirements

    • HND/BSc/MBA in Marketing or any other business-related program from reputable   University/Business School/Institute
    • Minimum of 15 years relevance work experience Food/ FMCG industry experience in the core Marketing function, with demonstrable successes in the various areas of Product & Brand Management
    • Experience of dealing with multi brand/product portfolio in a large Food/ Beverage Company.
    • Good experience of executing ATL, BTL, TTL, Market Research, Media Planning & Category Management across diverse geographies.
    • Experience dealing with multi brand/product portfolio in a large Food/ Beverage Company.
    • Project planning and Execution Skills
    • Commercial Acumen & Budget Handling
    • Communication & Presentation Skills.
    • Additionally, a stint in Sales & Distribution will be appreciated

    Implementation and Application Support

    Job responsibility

    • Ensure that all issues are resolved to the customer satisfaction within the contracted SLA times. Provide onsite assistance as required.
    • Installing, configuring and administering/managing IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5 (WAS), Jboss EAP 6 and IIS
    • Setup and configuration of test environment in order to duplicate issues
    • Responsible to troubleshoot and identify customer issues with the software and escalate to the R&D team if code changes are required.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports for customer communication
    • Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with all customers at all times
    • Keep up-to-date with technical and G+D product knowledge
    • Lead Implementation activities at customer site
    • Provide training on software as required
    • Create documentation (Support/Training) as required
    • Document all issues in G+D’s issue tracking system

    Qualification and Requirement

    • HND/BSc in Computer Science or related Technical degree/program
    • Minimum of 7 -10 years’ relevance experience in a customer support role and prior experience in banking or warehousing industry is compulsory
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skill are a must.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, ability for multitasking and good organizational skills.
    • Detail-oriented and persistent in execution and follow-up tasks and the ability to lead and work in a team environment.
    • Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times and utilize sound judgment in dealing with business information.
    • Flexibility to work long hours as necessary and able to handle high pressure in a professional manner.
    • Must be willing to work in a 24x7 environment.
    • Must be willing to travel on-site and for extended periods if required.
    • Possess Strong SQL and database (MS SQL 2012, Oracle 12C) administration (back-up/restore) skills
    • Proficient with war, ear application deployment in Java EE Application Servers environment.
    • Deep understanding of JDBC and JMS connection management within WebSphere, Jboss
    • Experience with .NET application installation and deployment
    • Configuring and integrating applications with database (MS SQL and Oracle), LDAP, Core Banking and 3rd party applications
    • Understanding of networking and network standards/protocols, such as DHCP, DNS, SSL, TCP, UDP, FTP, SFTP and IP.

    Salary – #300,000, HMO, Leave and Pension
