    Hotel General Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel. He will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel is running smoothly, delivering high-quality guest experiences, and achieving financial targets.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability, including sales and marketing strategies, pricing policies, and cost control measures.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze financial statements, and take corrective action when necessary to achieve financial targets.
    • Manage and develop staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.

    Admin Officer (Dialysis)

    Responsibilities

    • The admin/technical officer will manage non-clinical operations to ensure that the centre operates efficiently, and support the clinical team.
    • Manage reception and registration of patients.
    • Manage patient invoicing, payment collection, and issuance of receipts.
    • Ensure full record keeping of patient information, invoicing and payments using the Company’s IT system.
    • Manage all documentation and record-keeping in relation to the Centre.
    • Manage the Centre’s inventory and procurement process.
    • Manage and coordinate the cleaning and laundry activities of the Centre.
    • Manage the Centre’s machines, including testing, operation, readiness, the safety of

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a dialysis technician
    • Experience in fulfilling administrative duties including reporting
    • Experience with IT systems
    • Experience managing healthcare equipment including dialysis machines
    • Strong worth ethic and capacity for meeting deadlines.
