    HR / Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out periodic evaluations and updates of employee job descriptions and performance indicators.
    • Support in the implementation of an effective performance management system.
    • Support the implementation of all learning and development activities and initiatives.
    • Maintain an up-to-date database on pension remittances, medical services etc
    • Provide support in recruitment, onboarding & induction of new employees.
    • Analyse and interpret data to predict future trends across multiple HR process areas.
    • Manage employee information database, manually and electronically.
    • Support in enforcing company policies and interpret same to employees as required.
    • Support line managers at disciplinary or grievance hearings and dispute

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources or in anyrelevant field
    • 1+ years of work experience
    • Past experience with payroll or managing budgets
    • Proficient knowledge of HRIS.
    • Professional, organized, and can multitask

    Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in-person and online.
    • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our menu, services, and promotions.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
    • Manage online ordering platforms, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
    • Respond to online inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with updating online menus and promotion
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
    • Assist with various restaurant tasks as needed, such as cleaning and food preparation.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using computers and online platforms.
    • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and product diversification.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Digital Marketing skills is an added advantage.
