    Human Capital and Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with day to day operations of the HCM functions and duties
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to Head of Human Capital Management.
    • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
    • Coordinate HCM projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
    • Communicate with public services when necessary
    • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
    • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
    • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
    • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Human Capital Management personnel, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
    • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
    • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
    • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
    • Basic knowledge of Labor laws
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communications skills
    • Degree in Human Capital Management or related field

    Credit Admin Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze credit applications and financial statements to determine creditworthiness
    • Assess credit risk and make recommendations for credit limits and terms
    • Monitor and manage credit exposures, including reviewing customer accounts and conducting periodic credit reviews
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit-related issues and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances
    • Provide guidance and support to junior credit specialists as needed
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to credit management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role
    • Strong understanding of banking operations and procedures
    • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software
    • Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal teams and external customers
