    Human Resource Executive

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process thoroughly.
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    • Nurture a positive working environment.
    • Conduct HR research, track and analyze metrics and suggest insight to improve decision making.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Industrial Relation, Human Resource, Psychology and any related relevant degree.
    • Must have MBA degree preferrably.
    • Minimum of 10 years proven working experience as HR Executive in an investment company
    • Must have a background in Financial Sector.
    • Must be good with HR analytics report andHR processes.
    • Must be good with recruitment, people management, performance management.
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Must have any of the HR Certifications (CIPM, SHRM, aPHRi, PHRi, SHRi)
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law.

    HR Executive (Group Business)

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking to recruit a good HR Executive for their Goup of Companies

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment and selection process thoroughly.

    • Will handle the Organization Labour Law and HR global practice.
    • Conduct HR research, track and analyze metrics and suggest insight to improve decision making.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Industrial Relation, Human Resource, Psychology and any related relevant degree.
    • Minimum of 15 years proven working experience as HR Executive in a Group Business.
    • Must have MBA, LLB degree.
    • A lawyer who understands the Labour law.
    • Female gender preferably.
    • Must have managed the HR department of company(ies) with various subsidiaries.
    • Must have worked with company that has finance subsidiary (e.g. Real Estate).
    • Must be strong with HR analytics report, People analytics, Business analytics.
    • Must be with HR processes, Labour Law, HR Planning, Manpower Planning
    • Must be able to audit HR process to be in line with the business.
    • Able to draw up dashboard analytics report to advice the Board of Directors.
    • Must be strong with descriptive and predictive analysis
    • Must have any of the HR Certifications (CIPM, SHRM, aPHRi, PHRi, SHRi)
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

    Finance and Admin Manager

    Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos

    Report to: The Country Director.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead financial systems implementation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting and accounting.
    • Ensure effective internal controls and minimization of risks.
    • Maintain books, record transactions via Quickbooks, reconcile discrepancies.
    • Manage monthly close procedures, including bank reconciliation.
    • Develop and lead monthly and quarterly financial reports.
    • Oversee annual external audit process.
    • Implement tasks across multiple functional areas including HR, procurement, inventory, asset disposition, travel and logistics.
    • Conduct local procurement, ensuring full compliance with company policy.
    • Manage inventory and all other assets, monitor and report daily stock movements, ensure proper reconciliation on an ongoing basis (weekly and monthly).
    • Provide active support, as needed, to other Impact Water Nigeria departments.
    • Pro-actively make recommendations for better work methods for improved efficiency and company profitability.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / MA Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Master’s will be an added advantage).
    • Professional qualification such as ICAN or relevant.
    • 6+ years’ financial management experience.
    • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership roleas a Finance and Admin Manager.
    • Advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills required.
    • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Self-reliant, results oriented, organized and attentive to details.
    • Candidate should live on the mainland and environs.
