    Internal Sales Representative

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and rebuild relationship (Customer Relationship Management - CRM) with designated and targeted customers by phone to sell parts and service offerings and create sales opportunities to meet company objectives and customer satisfaction.

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Contact customers to present multibrand parts and services and answer all technical and commercial inquiries
    • Inform customers by phone about new product offerings
    • Participate in quotations preparation, terms of payment for his/her supervisor or manager’s review and approval
    • Become proficient in understanding the various multibrand offering
    • Present relevant technical publications as appropriate, to customers and explain benefits / advantages of the multibrand products, with comparison to OEM and OE products
    • Provide weekly pre-call plan and report his daily activities and refers any difficulties/challenges to supervisor for action
    • Follow up on opportunities and quotes to maximise sales and results
    • Work with all internal parties concerned with multibrand to identify and product customer focused solutions
    • Assist with the solution and resolution of customer complaints raised
    • Report all lost sales of parts and service to supervisor / manager and to ensure such lost sales are appropriately entered into dealer system (Salesforce)
    • Ensure there are no overdue debt on customers’ parts and service account.
    • Keep good control of customer list and keep updating customer profiles and population in Salesforce or any existing dealer marketing information system
    • Report any prime product sales leads to his / her supervisor, manager or the particular prime product manager
    • Perform any other related duties as required by product support sales management

    • B.Sc Engineering or equivalent.  At least 2 years experience in the industry (sales, marketing & technical experience). Good written and spoken English. Interpersonal and communication skills. leadership skills and ability to take initiative. Good analytical and computer skills. Having good selling skills is an advantage.

    Asset Custodian

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Custodian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safekeeping, management, and maintenance of company assets, including physical and digital assets. The Asset Custodian will ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Preparation of Capital Expenditure Requisition (CER) to cover every fixed asset acquisition and timely presentation of same for authorization and approval.
    • Constant follow up to ensure timely payment for all approved CER and monitor the receipt of the asset in right quality and quantity as per the CER.
    • Establish and maintain up-to-date records for all fixed assets owned by the company on the appropriate PC file.
    • Ensure accurate identification of all fixed assets on records using their unique numbering system.
    • Preparation of Disposal Records (DR) and process same for appropriate authorization to dispose fixed assets that are no longer required for use in the company.
    • Conduct physical verification of fixed assets in respective locations and submit exception reports to advice management of outcomes.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
    • Implement asset tracking systems to monitor movement and usage.
    • Ensure the safekeeping of assets, including secure storage and access controls.
    • Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
    • Prepare and submit regular asset reports to management.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of assets to ensure optimal condition.
    • Schedule and track asset inspections and calibration.
    • Work with departments to understand asset needs and requirements.
    • Provide asset information and support to employees as needed.
    • Any other duties as assigned by your manager.

    Internal Controller

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The Internal Controller  will be responsible for ensuring a strong internal control environment through the development of policies and procedures, ensuring their implementation and monitoring compliance.
    • The position will work to foster standardization and consistency of business processes and internal controls across Mantrac Nigeria.

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Own the design, implementation, documentation, assessment and monitoring internal control framework, including group policies and key risks to ensure that the group has adequate controls to prevent unintentional and intentional errors in financial reporting, processes and business operations.
    • Formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency
    • Lead the process for internal controls reviews across Mantrac Nigeria.
    • Deliver adequate and timely reporting on the internal control framework and control deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to business partners, senior leadership and audit committee.
    • Deliver adequate and timely action plans and monitor progress to address and resolve control deficiencies.
    • Work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action.
    • Actively seek standardization and automation, apply and implement best practices for managing internal controls and deploy innovative technology where possible to enhance and continuously improve the design and operating effectiveness of the controls, documentation, assessment and review procedures.
    • Actively engage with internal and external auditors to ensure consideration and resolution of all relevant risks and audit findings.
    • Develop and conduct adequate training and prepare related information material on the internal control objectives, approach and methodology to business partners on a regular basis to build knowledge and understanding of risks and control.

    RELEVANT INFORMATION

    • 7+years of experience in a similar position with a multinational group or delivering similar services via any of the big 4 audit firms.
    • Relevant professional certification is a plus.
    • Strong experience and interest for how technology and systems can support internal control effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks.
    • Strong analytical skills which include the ability to spot, assess and address risk, materiality and interdependencies and translate it into impact analysis for the financial reporting and recommendations for improvement.
    • Strong communication skills presenting internal control and risk matters in an understandable way across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level of detail.
    • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
