    Inventory Analyst (Grocery Chain)

    Job Objective:

    • Provide correct results of physical inventories of stores and the DC.
    • Identify administrative errors that lead to wrong inventory results.
    • To stay ahead of the competition, it is required to apply the principle of economy to the maximum extent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Agree on suitable days for physical inventories in the stores together with the Sales Manager and for the DC with the Logistic Manager.
    • Ensure that correct counting lists are available which include all items to be counted.
    • Provide counting lists to the Area Manager and Logistic Manager which allow them to check the counting.
    • Help clarify any issues that occur during the counting.
    • Ensure that all administrative documents are available for the inventory taking, for instance, complete write-off documentation, delivery notes credit notes, and such.
    • He reports any serious issues to the Accounting Manager that are found during the inventory counting.
    • He ensures that any necessary adjustments in inventories are made correctly and with proper documentation.
    • He prepares the inventory reports which document the result of each inventory.

    Requirements

    • Minimum B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years’ work experience in inventory management or in a retail chain setting
    • Excellent attention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills.
    • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
    • Experience with databases and spreadsheets.

    Telesales - Wealth Manager

    • Our client is seeking to hire dynamic and results-driven Telesales - Wealth Managers to join the team and play a crucial role in mobilizing funds for their cutting-edge investment product.
    • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors, identifying new funding opportunities, and effectively conveying the compelling benefits the business' investment offerings bring to investors, ensuring they secure optimal rates for their financial growth.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Identify target markets and develop strategies to drive high volumes of new funds.
    • Manage existing investment products and customer relationships
    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our products or services.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product, contributing significantly to the growth of the organization’s investment portfolio.
    • Customer acquisition and relationship management.
    • Monitor fund mobilization progress and provide regular reports.
    • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
    • Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
    • Represent the company at industry events to network and promote the investment product.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales, Wealth Manager, Deposit Mobilizer.
    • Preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate or similar role.
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Highly persuasive and skilled in objection handling and closing techniques.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
