    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for monitoring all inventory transactions and movements.
    • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the cost of inventory.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Organize and coordinate periodic physical inventory counts and highlight variances to the manager and auditor.
    • Provide information on stock level and make purchase request.
    • Inspect all supplies to ensure it’s in line with company standards, ensure appropriate storage.
    • Ensure FIFO is followed in stock issuance.
    • Prepare GRN for shipment receive on all division.
    • Maintain all inventory records, post accordingly on daily basis and produce weekly and monthly inventory reports.
    • Ensure issuance of stock to kitchen and post same on the approved inventory management software.
    • Reconcile stock issuance with Audit assistants on daily basis.
    • Carry out valuation of stock after each count and identify obsolete or disused stock for disposal and write-off.
    • Revalue inventory at the new approved standard rates on a periodic basis.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the manager, top Management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Inventory Management, Accounting or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in Inventory and Material Management.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Good data gathering, analysis and problem-solving skills
    • High ethical standards and integrity.
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools e.g Excel,MS Word.

    Admin Manager (Beverages)

    • Managing overall administrative activities for the office.
    • Responsible for day-to-day facility operations.
    • Supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas & equipment’s.
    • Purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment’s etc for staff.
    • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
    • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
    • Maintains working relationships and communicate with all departments.
    • Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any Social Sciences.
    • 3 to 5 years cognate working experience.
    • Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage.
    • Must be Knowledgeable in the use of computer packages.
    • Knowledgeable in office management.
    • Excellent writing and verbal skills.
    • Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude.
    • Communication skills.
    • Attention to details.

    HR Manager

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance.
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • HR certification an added advantage.
    • 8 - 12 years working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive in the Manufacturing space, preferably Mattress and Foam Manufacturing.
    • People oriented and results driven.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

    Marketing Executive (Abuja)

    The ideal candidates will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish marketing strategies that will effectively reach our target customers. They must possess creative ability to effectively close sales and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify marketing opportunities and increase sales
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans
    • Meet monthly sales goals and expectations in line with company guidelines
    • Perform other official duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc in relevant discipline.
    • Must have 2-3 years marketing experience in the telecom/Internet Service Provider(ISP) industry
    • Sales experience from Telecom Industry/ISP. I.e. MTN, 9mobile, Airtel,Cobranet,IPNX,and other telecom/ISP organization.
    • Result driven, self-motivated, effective leadership and time management skills
    • Driving skills with a valid driver’s license would be an added advantage.

    Remuneration

    • Gross monthly salary of N100,000- N150,000
