Job Summary:

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Audit/Inspection Officer is needed to conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and financial analysis to ensure compliance with regulations and  company policies.

The ideal candidate is expected to:

• Daily Check of transactions in account department
• Monthly reconciliation of bank statement
• Audit of account records
• Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
• Assist where appropriate, in special investigations or projects undertaken by the Unit.
• Prepare reports on assignments undertaken, as required

Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metering and power auditing, excellence leadership skills, and ability to ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and well maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
• Ensuring that facilities meets compliances standards and government regulation
• Ensure the effective performance management of facilities contract services including 
• building maintenance, security, cleaning, parking and waste management
• Ensures tenants adhere to agreed security measures and procedures of the management
• Water reticulation within the facility
• Manage waste disposal and evacuation
• Keep records of waste evacuation
• Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status
• Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facility.
• Oversee the daily operations of power generation, carry out full power audit  in all facilities managed by the group to ensure that payment for power is in line with consumption.

Qualification:  Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience:   Minimum of 7 year
