    Account Operations Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage client accounts, including opening new accounts, updating information, and processing transactions.
    • Review and verify client documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and trades.
    • Reconcile account balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Respond to client inquiries and requests regarding account activity and maintenance.
    • Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices related to account operations and compliance.
    • Handles Accounting software needs.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, and work with management to implement solutions.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience as an account operations officer or related role.
    • Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead company's technical operations, business development, general administration, business, and project planning.
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create smooth and efficient workflows; maintaining follow-through and timely action to ensure they meet deadlines, set forth by executive management

    • Provide subject matter expertise in interactions with partners and customers, program manage collaboration projects externally and internally.

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor degree is required. IT, Business IT, Network, Telecommunications
    • MBA would be plus.
    • Management Consulting or experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
    • Knowledge of Telecom/ISP business, related technologies, business planning.
    • Experience in Telecommunications or IT Professional Services would be preferred.
    • Motivated professional, organized, ability to write well, and have an effective time management.
    • Strong Leadership and Initiative.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
