Job Description

The suitable candidate should be IT inclined, can operate the paint tinting machine and produce with the required standard procedure. 

• Responsible for leading in the paint processes to meet quality, and product flow requirements while implementing advanced technologies to improve cycle times, reducing downtime, lowering cost and driving improvements in overall paint quality.
• Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure stock levels remain adequate.
• Ensure Customer orders are completed on time
• Maintain a detailed record of the standard operating procedure manual for producing paints.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Tinting Machine Operator in a paints manufacturing organization along with experience in paints manufacturing and its complete process.

Duties

• Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
• Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
• Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Three or more years’ experience in customer service, sales or a related position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and work within a team
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic
