    Enterprise Sales Manager


    Job Role

    • Carry out day to day activities regarding sales, lead generation & admin related work
    • Servicing Existing Client, by given them up dated information & Data Entry
    • Reporting to Manager, general Information on operation & other duties as required.
    • Fluent in speaking local language. Fluency in command of English both writing and oral Excellent Marketing/Branding skills, good team management, and proactive in nature.
    • Sales products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant Social Science field
    • Must not be more than 35 years old
    • 7-10 years' experience as an enterprise sales head in a Telecomm/ICT/ISP sector
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Excellent use of Microsoft office and PPT

    Sales Head (Wireless and Fixed Line)

    Our client, an Internet Service / ICT Provider is recruiting to fill the position of a Sales Head:
    Overall Objective

    • Grow revenues and customer base and achieve the business plan.
    • Build and lead an effective sales organisation.
    • Provide market insight and creativity to the Leadership team.

    Role Description

    • Build and lead an effective sales organisation and develop appropriate channels.
    • Forecast and deliver business performance.
    • Understand the; needs of the customer, the market, the competition and the operating environment.
    • Understand the product and contribute to its continuous development.
    • Manage the sales team and implement a performance management system.
    • Be a key contributor and member of the Leadership team.
    • Represent the company as a spokesperson, as required.

    Personal Profile

    • Senior manager with proven experience building and growing a multi channel sales organisation incl.: Channel Partners, direct sales and retail targeting the consumer and SME sectors.
    • Possess the stature and maturity to immediately gain the respect of colleagues and business partners.
    • Ability to influence at all levels and across functions.
    • Excellent sales hiring and training skills and possess strong verbal and writing skills.
    • Excellent negotiating and analytical skills and the ability to forecast.
    • Ideally, a telecommunications background with ten years in a leading sales role.
    • Ability to manage conflict with; staff and / or business partners.
    • Potential to grow into a full Sales & Marketing role (Commercial Head).

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Monthly sales and revenues.
    • Contributions to the Leadership team meetings.
    • Accuracy of forecasting.
    • Number of active channel Partners.

    Requirements
    Experience:

    • Candidate must have 10 yrs and above sales experience from ISP/ICT/Telecommunications sector

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc in Business Administration, Computer science, Statistics or related course.
