    Head of Finance Operations

    Position Overview

    • The Head of Finance Operations will oversee the financial operations of the firm, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. This role involves managing day-to-day financial activities, implementing financial policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Head of Finance Operations will work closely with other departments to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Management:

    • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and reconciliations.
    • Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance operations or a related role.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300, SAP).
    • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex financial data.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities within the organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Management:

    • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
