    Front Desk Officer (Contract)

    Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

    Roles / Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing the ambience of the Front Office/Reception area as well as meeting Room 1.
    • Management of e-mail correspondences and enquiries from internal and external clients via the client service group e-mail address.
    • Responsible for handling incoming calls to the official telephone number.
    • Responsible for receiving guests and packages delivered to the organization and its staff.
    • Responsible for managing client birthday information and contacting clients on their special days to aid bonding of the organization to clients.
    • Responsible for enquiries handling online chat platform.
    • Other Client Services related duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Unit Head.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 experience as a front desk officer preferably in a Financial institution.
    • Good communication and attention skills.
    • Attention to details.
    • Good use of Microsoft Tools.
    • Excellent record keeping and client management skills.
    • Soft skills such as team-player, initiative utilization, time management, multi-tasking & emotional intelligence.

    Client Service Intern

    Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

    Roles / Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing client document filing-electronic and physical.
    • Responsible for calling clients for spot checks.
    • Responsible for Account Opening Packages stock keeping.
    • Update of all client information on new core banking application- Symplus
    • Rotation as Front Desk Officer (Relief) acrossNorrenberger subsidiaries.
    • Other client Services related duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Unit Lead.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
    • Competence/proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as - Ms. Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
    • Excellent record keeping
    • Soft skills such as Teamwork, initiative Utilization, time management, and multi-tasking.
