    Brand Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our company is looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing the company's largest brand, ensuring it reaches the right market and significantly increases sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in brand management, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of driving brand growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the flagship brand effectively in the market.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
    • Manage and oversee all brand communication and marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and market feedback to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and make necessary adjustments.
    • Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Lead brand innovation and development initiatives to drive growth and market expansion.
    • Ensure brand compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
    • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

    Skills Requirements

    • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in marketing tools and software, as well as digital initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for building and sustaining brand equity.

    L1 Support Officer

    Responsibilities

    • ERP process documentation
    • Maintaining ERP support log
    • Technical support to end-users, addressing system inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
    • Participating in system implementations, troubleshooting.
    • Data migration from Legacy system to business central.
    • Creating a Training Manual for Interkel Company
    • Training of new staff and providing ongoing application support and troubleshooting.

    Qualification

    • 3 - 6 years of work experience.
