    Procurement, Supply Chain Management Coordinator M/F

    Job description

    • SPIE Nigeria Services is looking for a PSCM Coordinator to join our Shutdown Planning and execution Team for the upcoming 2024 & 2025 Major FPSO Shutdowns.
    • Accountable for coordinating PSCM responsibilities on Shutdowns, including contracting, materials procurement and logistics. Work closely with the Shutdown team and provide PSCM leadership to ensure compliance with PSCM policies and procedures. Support the Shutdown Team by leading PSCM processes for engagement, PO, DEsign, MTO, fabrication and construction services, prepare contracts, and work with materials and logistics groups to ensure material and equipment delivery following project schedules.
    • This role will report to the Turnaround Manager and will include numerous interfacing and liaison with the company's Procurement and Supply Chain department, Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.

    Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate PSCM responsibilities for shutdown teams.
    • Develop Contract Management Strategy, PSCM Management Plans, KPIs and Contractors Database.
    • Drive and include Company and Shutdown Team HSE policies in all areas of PSCM.
    • Work with the Shutdown Material teams and departments to ensure delivery of all materials and equipment coincides with the Shutdown schedules by managing a procurement status report.
    • Lead PSCM teams, conduct presentations, submit real-time reports and chair PSCM meetings.
    • Work with the Shutdown logistics team to ensure a logistics plan is developed for equipment that will meet construction installation needs.
    • Provide PSCM leadership to Shutdown teams to ensure compliance with PSCM policies and procedures.
    • Lead bid processes, prepare RFP’s, perform commercial evaluations of bids, prepare contracts for goods and services, issue Change Orders and Amendments to contracts as needed.
    • Work with legal, HSSE, Projects Controls, and other business groups to ensure compliance with various group requirements.

    Profile

    • 10+ years Sourcing and Contracting experience in: Shutdowns, Capital projects, O&M, Field Managed Projects
    • Willingness to travel offshore as required (BOSIET & offshore survival).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience using databases, Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint
    • Bachelor’s Degree or additional 2+ years in related field

    Shutdown Quality Coordinator M/F

    Job description

    The Shutdown Quality Coordinator ensures that turnaround work meets all safety and quality standards. You will work with the Shutdown team and contractors to develop job-specific quality management plans, metrics and tracking information. You will create QC packages and work to audit, train, and certify contractors on Shutdown quality standards for executing all upcoming Turnarounds & Shutdowns. You will collaborate with the Shutdown schedulers, maintenance, and contractors to ensure a strong work quality program for the Shutdown events.

    This role will report to the Turnaround Manager and will include numerous interfacing and liaison with company’s Quality department, HSSE department, Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.

    Job description

    The Shutdown Materials Coordinator is a member of the Shutdown Team responsible for coordinating all materials to ensure all Shutdown Scopes (Maintenance, Operations and Project) materials are tracked and monitored during the entire Shutdown Lifecycle.

     This role will report to the Shutdown PSCM Coordinator and include numerous interfacing and liaisons with COMPANY’s Department Leads, Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.

    • Produce and maintain Material Tracking Register / Status Report; especially Long Lead Items which includes all Purchase Requisitions raised, Purchase Order issuance, estimated and actual costs and expected delivery date for Shutdown project.

    Shutdown Logistics Coordinator M/F

    Job description

    The Shutdown Logistics Coordinator is a member of the Shutdown Team responsible for ensuring all logistics and infrastructure activities (including Manpower, Material and Equipment management) to support the Shutdown are completed.

    This role will report to the Shutdown PSCM Coordinator and include numerous interfacing and liaisons with the COMPANY’s Department Leads, Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all pre-kitted items go through the Quality and Safety processes, to verify the accuracy of the items.
    • Organize the timely set-up of the integrated shutdown infrastructure (POB, Accommodations, Transportation, Meals, Vessels, Bagged & Tagged items, Equipment, Tools, BRMs, Portable toilets, parking, laydown areas, etc.)
    • Ensure the entire Shutdown Team, including contractors, are properly trained and informed about the Infrastructure, Logistics and Materials plan.
    • Develop and implement the Shutdown Logistic Management Plan, the execution of the integrated resource plan for POB, Infrastructure, Logistics, Contractors, and Materials management requirements.

    Pre-Shutdown and Shutdown activities:

    • Ensure the POB, Materials, Equipment and Warehouse are in place, working properly, and monitoring the performance of the critical and essential resources.
    • Audit the movement, placement and location of contractors, laydown yards, materials and equipment, ensuring compliance and providing daily status on logistics-related matters.
    • Address promptly all safety/housekeeping identified deficiencies.
    • Responsible for coordinating flights, onboarding, transport, catering, welfare, general site cleaning, waste disposals, cranes, and hydro blasting - cleaning services.

    Post-SD activities:

    • Ensure all POB, Contractors, Staff, equipment, materials, waste, scaffolding, etc., are demobilized according to the logistics and operations plan.
    • Ensure all materials are reconciled and properly addressed (return to stores or provider, removed/sold as scrap)
    • Support the Cost Controller by ensuring all invoices are processed, and the final material cost is captured according to procedures.
    • Ensure that all temporary infrastructure is checked out and returned/dismantled (Scaffolding, Contractor equipment, BRMs, portable toilets, radios, etc.)
    • Provide input to contractor evaluations. Participate in review meetings and the creation of lessons learned.
    • Produce a report, upon completion, about the Shutdown Logistics performance.
