    Business Development Manager

    Description  

    • We are currently seeking to engage seasoned Business Development & Sales Professionals with extensive industry experience within the Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil and Gas sectors, who will support the business development and sales initiatives of the business.
    • The preferred candidate should have strong background in developing businesses with emphasis on Engineering Technology, Asset Performance, Information Management, and Sustainability Consulting.
    • Additional experience in the sales of products or services inclined towards Training, Human Capacity Building, and HR Consultancy/Outsourcing will be an added advantage.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Drive strategic business development initiatives and partnerships that can significantly impact on the Company’s revenue.
    • Strategically monitor market, competitors, and operational factors to ensure that current market intelligence is available to support business decisions.
    • Develop long-term business relationships with clients, through managing and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Manage the end-to-end process of Bidding and Tendering for all industry inclined projects and business opportunities.
    • Build and sustain an efficient customer retention strategy aimed at retaining existing clients, ensuring repeat business, and improving the Company’s clientele and business pipeline.
    • Ensure the delivery of an efficient after-sales support strategy for both technical and non-technical products/service offerings.

    Requirements

    • Educational background in Engineering, Technology, or allied discipline is required.
    • An MBA or Advanced Degree in Business, Management, and Leadership would be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record in driving business strategy and revenue generation initiatives through aggressive sales as a Technical Business Development/Sales Professional.
    • Not less than 10 years of business development and sales experience in a fast-paced sales or commercial environment with relevant technical expertise.
    • Relevant exposure within the Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil and Gas sectors is required.

    Project Manager (Operations)

    Job Description

    • Are you seeking for an opportunity to join one of Nigerian’s fastest growing indigenous Oil & Gas Companies renowned for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable practices?
    • We are currently seeking to engage an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for one of our clients who is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge gas processing facilities that meet international standards, ensuring energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. He/she will be saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the development, execution, and successful completion of gas processing facility projects.
    • The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of the oil and gas sector, with a strong background in project management, engineering, and operations, and must have served in the capacity of a Project Manager for allied Gas Projects for a minimum of 12 years.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Perform full cycle scoping, preliminary design, cost estimating, economic analysis, and field development planning.
    • Lead development of project proposals and coordinates submission, clarifications and interfaces processes.
    • Demonstrate effective people skills to interact with clients, service providers, peers and support staff and field personnel.
    • Demonstrate ability to effectively soliciting ideas from relevant stakeholders involved in a project to maintain a high degree of efficiency and ownership to meet the goals and objectives of projects under his/her supervision.
    • See to the supervision and approval of facility modifications, installation, decommissioning, and other related work as well as monitoring costs.
    • Engage and manage outside engineering and construction support (consultants and/or Engineering firms) when necessary.
    • Act as liaison for technical and commercial support during contractual negotiations
    • Demonstrate willingness and availability to travel to field locations on a regular basis, or as needed.
    • Ensure alignment with the Company’s policies, procedures, applicable codes, recommended practices, and all government regulations.
    • Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
    • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
    • Must be adaptable to change and flexible to manage multiple duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university or college with a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
    • 12+ years minimum of engineering experience, including end-to-end engineering, design, estimating, and field project execution.
    • Experienced Project Management skills for capital projects.
    • Strong Leadership experience that can bring cross-functional teams together to deliver on projects.
    • Demonstrates the ability to work closely with a broader, diverse and multi-cultural/disciplinary team.
    • Experience in the areas of cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and contracting projects.
    • Experience in reading and in creating block flow diagrams, P&IDs, data sheets, and specifications.
    • Ability to work independently and unsupervised in achieving set goals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with special ability to translate complex technical information into an organized and presentable manner.
    • Self-starter with proven leadership skills, team player, comfortable working under pressure, and dedicated to developing workforce.
    • Proficient level of skill in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT and Excel). Preferred experience with commonly used industry software, especially process modeling and project management tools.
