    Front Desk Officer

    Locations: Lekki-Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to every customer, take customers’ orders and provide the appropriate support.
    • Educate and convince customers about new and existing products.
    • Provide a welcoming environment for every customer.
    • Facilitate error-free payment transactions for customers without oversight.
    • Ensure that all products handed to customers are well packed and paid for.
    • Collaborate with the office assistants to ensure a conducive vicinity for customers always, which must always be neat and presentable.
    • Accept letters, packages, and new orders brought to the office, and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
    • Request, order and track office supplies and equipment.
    • Report office repairs, services and needs for procurement to the concerned department in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a good record of products received and sold to avoid running out of stock or restocking a wrong product.
    • Report every product related complaint and drop in sales of any product to management in real-time.
    • Attend to every customer without getting agitated, violent, rude, or defensive.
    • And any other duties assigned.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Must be a Female and less than 30 years
    • OND, HND, or BSc in Business Admin or any related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in this role or related roles.
    • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and orally.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • The candidate must be a friendly face and a breath of fresh air.
    • Good Interpersonal skills and Customer Service Orientation.
    • The candidate must be able to dress appropriately and always be punctual.
    • Good Knowledge of MS office suite.
    • Candidate is expected to live in Lekki or environs.

    Monthly Salary:

    Account Officer

    Our client is a foremost brand in the transportation industry and is looking to hire the services of:
    Locations: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

    Responsibilities:

    • Posting transactions into the accounting softwares.
    • Ensuring daily updating of bills payable and reporting.
    • Updating cash and transfer payment Vouchers (excel format)with supporting documents.
    • Maintain Fixed asset register and asset valuation.
    • Responsible for updating payment of contract workers and payment.
    • Maintain and organize the filing system of the organization.
    • Ensure that source documents are kept safely and securely.
    • Prepare filing documents for tax.
    • Other duties as delegated by senior management.
    • Monitor office expenses, imprest and tally and enter cash receipts
    • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
    • Bank statement reconciliation
    • Any other duties as may be assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Finance / Accounting
    • Mininimum of 1 years experience working as an Account Officer or similar role
    • Experience in the transport/logistics industry is an added advantage
    • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and finance management
    • Ability to work with accounting software
    • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
    • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
    • Skills to operate common office equipment
    • Candidates must be resident in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

    Monthly Salary:
    NGN 55,000
