    Lead, Administrator

    Job Description:

    As the LEAD ADMINISTRATOR, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative functions of the company. Your role will be instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting various departments. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • An experienced Administrator who will lead, support and supervise all administrative processes of the company.
    • Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance, and support.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment.
    • Oversee office supplies and inventory, optimizing procurement processes to minimize costs.
    • Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs and ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
    • Collaborate with HR in managing employee records, attendance, and related administrative tasks.
    • Prepare and monitor the departmental budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources.
    • Implement and maintain data management systems to organize and store information efficiently.
    • Identify areas of improvement in administrative processes and develop strategies for enhancement.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Oversee the operations and systems of subsidiaries.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in administrative management or similar roles.
    • Related professional certification ( added advantage)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

    Aviation Manager

    Job Description:

    As the Aviation Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our aviation operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining compliance with safety regulations, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of service. This position reports directly to the [CEO/General Manager] and collaborates with various departments to achieve operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • making sure that the organisation runs safely and efficiently.
    • ensuring that flight schedules go according to plan.
    • maintaining aircraft maintenance and service records
    • overseeing inspection schedules and activities
    • monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and regulations
    • recruiting and terminating staff
    • assisting repair and maintenance crew in preparing for flights
    • keeping up to date on the latest aviation standards, procedures, policies, and laws
    • working closely with emergency responders to monitor the weather and anticipate issues in aviation activities.
    • identifying problems relating to airline or airport operations
    • determining areas of improvement and action plan to enhance efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in aviation management, flight operation or a related aviation leadership role.
    • Hold a valid commercial pilot's license (preferred) or have substantial experience in aviation operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor employees.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make well-informed decisions quickly.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of aviation management.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and handle pressure effectively.
