Duties

• To provide an opinion on patients referred from other units and to liaise with the Consultant Oncologists about these patients’ care in a timely manner.
• To be responsible for the care of patients in the clinic and to liaise with the consultant Oncology in the care of these patients.
• To contribute to quality improvement and sustainability of the organisation by participating in quality activities and ensuring flexibility within the role in order to respond to the changing needs of our patients.
• Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling and referral, where necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collect, record and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history and reports.
• Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment and medication.
• Any other assigned duties.
• To be on call as directed for Oncology.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS / MD / MBChB)
• 2 - 3 years post-graduate medical experience
• Valid practicing license
• Experience in a clinical oncological unit is an added advantage.
• Excellent patient management and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to prevent and address stress and burnout
• Motivational communication skills.

Salary
N250,000 monthly

Job Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with taking patient phone calls to answer technical questions, schedule appointments, and offer pre-procedure advice
• To provide support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs.
• Develop a daily priority list that allows all scheduled procedures to be completed and makes time for emergencies as well
• Preparing the patients for their procedure including explaining in full detail how the procedure works and addressing any questions or concerns along with compiling a medical history for the patients and providing them with necessary protective clothing or gear.
• Performing and processing a range of radiographic examinations including X-rays (routine and special investigations), CT scans, MRIs, and Mammograms to obtain high-quality images.
• Analyze and report x-ray results to our physician team
• To maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor all radiographic supplies and submit purchasing requests to maintain proper supply levels.
• To report any equipment faults to the designated supervisor and document the fault in the appropriate log folder.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Radiography or any equivalent qualification.
• Registered with The Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
• Minimum of 3 years as a practicing Radiographer
• Valid and active practicing license
• Patient management skill
• Conversant with general radiology techniques including X-rays and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine, as well as computer software for updating patient records.

Salary

• N150,000 - N220,000 monthly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Assist surgeons during operations

Requirements
