    Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (Gen) - Nurse I

    Main Functions

    • A Nurse I provides occupational health services at a site or operation typically with a more experienced colleague.
    • Typically Registered Nurse (RN) with occupational health experience or Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provides and documents services relating to routine and non routine Occupational Health care of employees and others as determined by local site management within the professional scope and standards of license in collaboration with other health professionals.
    • Knows of and adhere to local policies, procedures and regulations. May also be involved in the development and implementation of these policies.
    • Analyzes and evaluates information to determine and communicate Fitness For Work including the following: case management of injury/illness, routine and non-routine travel preparation, occupational evaluations
    • Performs, analyzes, and evaluates Health Screening data to identify possible workplace exposures as required by global Medical and Occupational Health (MOH) and applicable local laws and regulations. Makes recommendations to management based on individual results.
    • Liaises with external medical services providers to ensure services provided are delivered in accordance with Client's guidelines.
    • Conducts Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collections and trains others according to Client Alcohol and Drug Use (ADU) testing procedures.
    • Actively participates in MOH and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) committees, projects and initiatives. May involve some lead responsibilities at a local level.
    • Utilizes clinic resources effectively and appropriately.

    Job Requirements

    • Nursing Degree, Advanced Nursing degree, Physician Assistant or equivalent.
    • Licensed in the location of operations supported.
    • Detailed knowledge of occupational medicine, emergency medical response, toxicology, legal issues relevant to occupational health care.

    Physician I - Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (Gen)

    Main Functions

    • A Physician I administers and delivers Clinical Occupational Health Systems and services to business line operations, provides direction/mentoring to nurses and coordinates the delivery of clinical services. Examples: Occupational Medicine Physician

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Serves as site Medical and Occupational Health (MOH) contact, where applicable.
    • Provides emergency preparedness and response.
    • Provides advice to management and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) professionals on occupational health issues.
    • Provides guidance and feedback on occupational health common systems and improvement opportunities to the Occupational Health (OH) Manager • Conducts clinical assessments to determine fitness for work or identify health effects of work related exposures.
    • Conducts initial diagnosis and treatment for potentially work related illnesses and injuries.
    • Performs case management for work related illnesses and injuries as well as for disabling personal illnesses and injuries.
    • This position level would typically include junior physician performing mostly tasks that do not require prior extensive experience.

    Job Requirements

    • Medical Doctor licensed in the location of operations supported.
    • Demonstrated proficiency via professional certification as needed.

    Field Operator II

    Main Functions

    • Operate equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Responsible to implement on daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental and security.
    • Active participation on daily toolbox meetings and regular, reported safety meetings.
    • Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions by the continuous surveillance of wells and equipment to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operational conditions
    • Function as Equipment Care Technician, and routinely use Maintenance skills in performing simple maintenance activities.
    • Report when the alarm, emergency or emergency shutdown system is out of service.
    • Provide detailed, clear and accurate information when changing shift, to guarantee that unit conditions are updated and ensure operations continuity.
    • Coordinate, control and monitor maintenance jobs according with the corrective, predictive and preventive planning.
    • Report continuously in the log book all relevant operational events and abnormal situations or deviation occurred in the work area, equipment or personnel.
    • Take samples of products for laboratory analysis and execute field laboratory tests.
    • Active participation on emergency response activities.
    • Report incidents internally and escalate awareness as per the Incident Reporting Guidelines
    • Ensure that Operations Shift Supervisor is informed and consulted about operations activities
    • Ensure good communication across the work team so that issues / actions can be adequately addressed
    • Provide the basic facts concerning well producing problems, current production rates, and current condition of the well
    • Ensure that the well problem diagnostics are thorough and complete before requesting Well Work intervention operations
    • Ensure that the wellhead and well surface equipment are maintained and are in good working order prior to Wellwork operations taking over responsibility for the well for intervention operations
    • Provide assistance and support to the ongoing Wellwork operations as needed

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Completed Secondary Education and worked previously as a Field Technician.
    • Strong communications (oral & written).
    • High standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others.
    • Strong knowledge of pipeline operations.
    • Strong knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes.
    • Broad knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Procedures.
    • Strong knowledge of Project Philosophy and Design Specifications.
    • Knowledgeable of relevant regulations.
    • Knowledgeable of relevant commercial agreements.

    Mechanical Technician I

    Main Functions

    • Technicians are assigned to carry out maintenance work. Typically reports to a supervisor.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Actively participate in the use of all on the job safety tools.
    • Review job packs.
    • Identify any safety issues associated with job end ensure removal/mitigation prior to working.
    • Execute work as planned.
    • Record technical history as required by workgroup. (Global Reliability Tool (GRT), data sheet, etc.).
    • Provide feedback on job pack improvements to Execution FLS.
    • Request permits and notify Supervisor if permit cannot be issued within 30 minutes of requested time.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience.
    • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps.
    • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others.

    Marine Lead III

    Main Functions

    • Maintain/build/apply competency in specific area of Marine supervision and champion development of nationals.
    • Identify and assist in resolving Marine Advisor resource gaps in Function. Steward the development of core competencies in Marine discipline.
    • Administer personnel resources in Marine discipline.
    • Responsible for NPO marine vessel safety.
    • Provide expert Marine consultation to function and project teams.
    • Provide technical leadership for vulnerability and risk assessments.

    • Support (as requested) host country Content initiatives
    • Support host country vessel contractor capacity assessment and improvement initiatives
    • Maintain current knowledge of marine vessel contractor capabilities
    • Develop / action initiatives to improve performance level of marine vessel inspections / mooring activities

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marine or Civil Engineering or related Engineering specialty or equivalent professional experience
    • High level of marine vessel knowledge, skill, and experience
    • Experience to include Master of Towing, AHT and PSV Vessels, Shore Side Marine Operations in Management of Vessels, Knowledge of all IMO, and Class Requirements
    • Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Health and Safety Administrator II

    Main Functions

    • Responsible for identifying hazardous workplace conditions.
    • Takes samples and measurements of hazardous materials, and coordinates the removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards.
    • Trains employees on safety, company policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to employee safety.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations. Provide technical support and assistance to Project Team in developing and maintaining a Project Safety Roadmap.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provide coaching and mentoring for employees exhibiting unsafe behaviors, and provide recognition for employees exhibiting safe behaviors.
    • Assist with delivery of jobsite specific safety orientations for new employees joining the project, as applicable.
    • Assist and co-facilitate safety training, testing for all employees (HazCom, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tag out, etc.)
    • Support Project Leadership in completion of incident investigations.
    • Facilitate all injury/illness cases.
    • Perform periodic evaluations of power tools and equipment (i.e. scissor lifts, forklifts, fall protection, laser levelers, etc.) to ensure equipment is being maintained in good working order, as applicable.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in area of specialty
    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Performs a variety of complex tasks.
