    Legal Associate

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to [list specific practice areas or responsibilities relevant to the position, e.g., contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, case preparation, client counseling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client counseling.
    • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of cases for trial or arbitration, including drafting motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
    • Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
    • Stay abreast of developments in relevant areas of law and provide updates to colleagues and clients as necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Degree from an accredited law school.

    Senior Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • As our HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR practices, sustainable HR initiatives, providing quick solutions using experience, and handle HR-related issues as they arise with organizational agility to guide decision making.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues and maintain employee records and according to policy and legal requirements and coordinate the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, onboarding, contract administration staffing, learning and development, performance mentoring and employee counselling.
