    Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote)

    Industry:   Software Technology. 
    Gender: Female (for gender balance)

    The successful candidate will:

    • Perform quality improvement and automating tests for regression and new features. 
    • Dive deep into the software development, and developing QA approaches to measure confidence in the product. 
    • Work with development teams, test automation engineers, to iteratively improve our software development process.
    • Performed automation test using Web Drivers and Java
    • Performed automation test using on IntelliJ
    • Report automation testing outcome using Allure 
    • Performed API automation test using Postman 
    • Executing test cases and logging defects 
    • Performed UI automation test 
    • Executed UAT test cases and raised the defects 
    • Set up test environment to ensure that all the needed components (hardware, software, tools, data)

    Requirements 

    • Minumum of a Bachelor Degree
    • 0-2 years of Experience
    • Experience with embedded systems, consumer devices, or mobile apps.
    • Experience in programmatically testing products, measuring test coverage, developing the best automation, driving testability and diagnostic ability into the product.
    • Fluency in programmatic-level testing and user-level automation.

    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary
    The Procurement Officer will be responsible for:

    • Finding and evaluating vendors to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses
    • Supervising Junior Procurement Officers in carrying out their responsibilities
    • Liaising with all relevant departments for all contracting and procurement activities related to vendors and sub-contractor suppliers.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Draft the Procurement category strategy which will be approved by the Procurement Manager
    • Ensure the highest level of integrity and confidentiality of the procurement process and proper adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
    • Implement best practices to enhance process efficiency, optimize cost, and ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate payment of invoices with the finance team as needed.
    • Provide supervision for junior procurement staff on procurement procedures.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements in all phases of the procurement cycle in order to reduce and manage overall corporate spending.
    • Execute procurement strategies for goods and services such as strategic sourcing and spend analyses, to identify savings opportunities.
    • Collaborate with end-users to ensure clarity of specifications and requirements and follow up on shipment and receiving goods.
    • Evaluate the quality and cost of proposed services, supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure adequate preparation of tender documents (RFP and RFQ) 
    • Supervise the tender process from requisition to contract award and implement recommendations of the evaluation.
    • Source, engage and negotiate with reliable vendors for all procurement categories to secure advantageous terms, and build long-term relationships
    • Supervise the vendor registration process and ensure the vendor database is kept up to date
    • Ensure contracts and Purchase Orders are awarded to Approved/Registered Vendors
    • Supervise the review of vendors performance and implement recommendations

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years as Procurement officer or in a similar field 
    • Developing procurement Policies, Processes, and Procedure
    • Implementing procurement processes such as sourcing and tendering 
    • Contract Management
    • Developing procurement budget

    Head Of Product Success (Female)

    Industry: Information Technology

    The Head Of Product Success works with the Technology, Sales, and Client Services teams to build and enhance products from existing ideas, and help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of customers and prospects. She will work closely with excellent Product Owners, Business Systems, and Support teams to prioritize product success feature requests, coordinate roadmap, and product planning discussions, and improve high-velocity sales motions, thereby reducing the rate of product failure.

    What you'll be working on:

    • Designs, Implements and enforces Product Management lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
    • Works with Engineering to define product requirements.
    • Works with Sales and Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.

    • Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve customer and product experience.
    • Identify customers at risk of deployment and create and implement get-well plans
    • Conducts quality assurance of products.
    • Stays abreast of current trends and develops long-term plans for product success.
    • Trains Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Success teams on the products and appropriate communication of them externally.
    • Effectively network within assigned customers to successfully support and implement the customer's deployment strategy.
    • Use data insights to drive scale and customer touchpoints.
    • Present in 1:1 and 1: many events that drive the expansion of customer footprint and cross-sell other enterprise solutions.
    • Serves as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with the sales channel and key clients. 
    • Takes responsibility for the financial sustainability of the product.
    • Possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. 

    What you bring to the role:

    • Minimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management.
    • Product/Project Management certification a plus.
    • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products.
    • Proven success with Project Management skills.
    • Basic knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure.
    • Highly effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and engaging with the C-Suite.
    • Superior people and communications skills coupled with the savvy and maturity needed to garner the respect of senior management and clients.
    • Previous experience working as a trusted advisor to drive business value and product sales expansion opportunities.
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact and communicate ideas including responding to resistance and criticism.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
    • Team player attitude and excellent collaboration skills.
    • Positive attitude and demonstrated optimism.
