    Head Of Product Success (Female)

    Industry: Information Technology

    The Head Of Product Success works with the Technology, Sales, and Client Services teams to build and enhance products from existing ideas, and help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of customers and prospects. She will work closely with excellent Product Owners, Business Systems, and Support teams to prioritize product success feature requests, coordinate roadmap, and product planning discussions, and improve high-velocity sales motions, thereby reducing the rate of product failure.

    What you'll be working on:

    • Designs, Implements and enforces Product Management lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
    • Works with Engineering to define product requirements.
    • Works with Sales and Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
    • Coordinates Roadmap and Product Discussions.
    • Gathers input and feedback from sales, partners, and customers to determine features planning and feature prioritization.
    • Align with internal stakeholders such as account managers, solutions consultants, and product marketing to guide the customer through successful purchase and launch.
    • Accountable for customer’s overall success with enterprise solution offerings including activation, engagement, adoption, expansion, health score, and renewal.
    • Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve customer and product experience.
    • Identify customers at risk of deployment and create and implement get-well plans
    • Conducts quality assurance of products.
    • Stays abreast of current trends and develops long-term plans for product success.
    • Trains Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Success teams on the products and appropriate communication of them externally.
    • Effectively network within assigned customers to successfully support and implement the customer's deployment strategy.
    • Use data insights to drive scale and customer touchpoints.
    • Present in 1:1 and 1: many events that drive the expansion of customer footprint and cross-sell other enterprise solutions.
    • Serves as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with the sales channel and key clients. 
    • Takes responsibility for the financial sustainability of the product.
    • Possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. 

    What you bring to the role:

    • Minimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management.
    • Product/Project Management certification a plus.
    • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products.
    • Proven success with Project Management skills.
    • Basic knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure.
    • Highly effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and engaging with the C-Suite.
    • Superior people and communications skills coupled with the savvy and maturity needed to garner the respect of senior management and clients.
    • Previous experience working as a trusted advisor to drive business value and product sales expansion opportunities.
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact and communicate ideas including responding to resistance and criticism.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
    • Team player attitude and excellent collaboration skills.
    • Positive attitude and demonstrated optimism.
