    Inventory Officer

    Description 

    • We are currently seeking an experienced and meticulous Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations at 3 MAT Supermarket.
    • The Inventory Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
    • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize inventory processes efficiently.

    Responsibilities
    Inventory Planning and Control:

    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
    • Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and upcoming promotions.
    • Analyze inventory data and conduct regular assessments to identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
    • Establish and maintain optimal stock levels while ensuring product availability.

    Inventory Tracking and Record-Keeping:

    • Oversee the accurate recording of inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
    • Utilize inventory management software or systems to track inventory levels and transactions in real-time.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with system records.

    Supplier Coordination and Procurement:

    Team Management and Training:

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate inventory reports detailing stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory aging.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance inventory efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience in inventory management or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication and leadership skills.

    Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Knowledge of lean inventory principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Experience with demand planning and forecasting techniques.
    • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

    • As a Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods to and from various locations.

    Responsibilities
    Safe Transportation:

    • Operate company vehicles (such as delivery trucks or vans) in a safe and responsible manner.

    Delivery and Pick-Up:
