    Head, Technology and Digital Transformation

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for technology systems, processes, software design, and development. They play a crucial role in setting the company's strategic direction, development, and future growth, providing technical leadership through coaching and mentorship. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide vision and direction for all aspects of technology development.
    • Manage the organization's internal innovation process.
    • Spearhead configurations with collaborators and create new business models.
    • Identify and assess new technologies that could impact the company's business.
    • Develop long-term strategic plans for the company's technical direction and growth.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
    • 5+ years in a management or leadership role.

    • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

    Architectural Project Manager

    Job Objectives

    A Project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track and completed in a timely fashion and within budget. They plan and designate project resources, oversee budget preparation, monitor progress, and establish effective communication between all stakeholders from the beginning to the end of the project.

    Responsibilities:

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives and utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
    • Prepare a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track costs in order to meet revenue.
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan that ensures technical feasibility and monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
    • Provide project updates and reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
    • Report and escalate unresolved to management as required and needed.
    • Manage the relationship with third party clients both internal and external.
    • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
    • Submit all project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality assurance standards.
    • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
    • Manage and maintain customer satisfaction within the entire project transition period.
    • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Architecture/Building Technology.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • 5+ years of project management, building and construction experience. Interior construction knowledge is a plus
    • People coordination, communication, planning skills.
    • Excellent familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

    Technical Assistant to the CEO

    Technical Assistant to the CEO

    The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Chief Executive. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with the team to manage technical projects, provide administrative support, and coordinate various activities that ensure the smooth running of the Chief Executives activities/team or department.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Organize and prioritize the Chief Executives daily activities, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and responding to emails.
    2. Provide technical support to the Chief Executive, including conducting research, data analysis, and interpretation of information.
    3. Coordinate and oversee the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
    4. Maintain the Chief Executives files, records and databases including confidentiality of sensitive information.
    5. Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and finance to ensure closeout of critical projects and follow-up.
    6. Occasional remote working with the Chief Executive, Business Development, Operations, and finance in-country and outside the country (Local and International).
    7. Update the Chief Executive on critical information as it arises, track project progress, and ensure that milestones are achieved on-time.
    8. Ensure all correspondence and documents are accurate, concise, and of high quality, using appropriate tools and maintaining version control.
    9. Act as liaison between the Chief Executive and other organizational units and stakeholders, ensuring that the communication flows effectively.
    10. Develop and maintain relationships at all levels, including internal and external customers, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    11. Support efficient implementation of new and current technical processes, programs, tools, and practices as directed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelors degree in environmental management or a related field.
    2. 3+ years of administrative and technical support experience in an environmental space or related field.
    3. Excellent organization and time management skills.
    4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    5. Ability to work in a high-pressure demanding environment.
    6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    9. Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
    10. Experience with technical document management, analysis, and interpretation.
    11. Ability to work independently, using initiative and flexibility to meet demanding deadlines.
