    Business Development Executive

    Industry: HR/Consulting

    Location: Lagos

    Responsibilities -

    • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
    • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
    • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
    • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
    • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree from university in related course
    • Must have 3 to 4 years related proven experience in a HR/consulting firm

    Junior Accountant

    Location: Lagos – Mainland
    Responsibilities - 

    • Handling daily Bank reconciliation and bank dealings for cash matching on daily basis.
    • Handling petty cash matters relating to disbursements, supplier payments
    • Independently managing purchases and accounts payables, 
    • Handling Form M process entirely
    • Coordination with supplier
    • Preparation of sales invoices, delivery notes & account receivables.
    • Checking of payroll, leave settlements, increments and final settlements.
    • Implement and control of purchase system (requisitions Quotations, comparative statements, approvals , purchase orders, purchase invoices, and payments)
    • Checking and verification of vouchers including Bank/cash receipts, payments and journal vouchers.
    • Supervise monthly stock takings.
    • Financial reporting (MIS reports) which includes statements of financial position, income and cash flow statement.
    • Supervising inventory department to make sure that all the received and issuance has been recorded properly.
    • Preparation of invoices includes Tax invoices, credit notes, debit note, purchase requisition etc.
    • Computation of VAT, PAYE monthly returns
    • Handling Bank Reconciliation, Debtor-Creditor management and stock reconciliation
    • Posting of General ledgers, sales and purchase posting, journal vouchers and stock journal
    • Import handling and documentation 
    • Handling of duty payments and Vat returns

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree from university in Accounting, Finance
    • 3 to 4 years related functional experience 
    • Must have good knowledge of MS Excel & Tally ERP 9
    • Knowledge of Basic accounting concepts, knowledge of statutory requirements (LIRS & FIRS)
