    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the company via a door to door approach.
    • Conducting research to find potential leads
    • Meeting prospects to introduce the company and provide samples
    • Establish favorable relationships with key individuals
    • Following up on necessary procedures (if any) to establish a supply
    • Follow up with clients until a regular supply is established
    • Follow up with customer service to ensure orders are being received from the client
    • Meeting targets set with management
    • Providing progress reports on a weekly basis.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communication
    • Two years proven experience in similar role
    • Highly organized
    • Friendly, courteous, with a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken to liaise with colleagues and clients effectively
    • Goal oriented and able to work well with targets
    • Good time management skills
    • Able to work well with MS office and other simple software.

    PR / Digital Marketing Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the company’s online brand
    • Manage the Company’s websites and ensure that they are all up to date on all the key activities are recorded (create and upload images for the organization's website)
    • Manage the Company’s corporate communications
    • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
    • Develop and integrate marketing content strategies
    • Keep up to date with current digital trends
    • Keep up to date with the Company’s industry/market developments
    • Manage and develop the contact database and assist with lead-generation activities
    • Develop a project planning schedule with team input; create content for social media, cost estimates for ads, budget for influencers
    • Organize regular meetings; ensure efficient communication with all the different specialties of the company.
    • The role of a marketing and PR officer may involve the following duties:Planning and carrying out PR campaigns and strategies. Monitoring the public and media's opinion of your client or employer. Writing and editing press releases, leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters, websites and social media content.
    • Constantly visit and communicate with clients on hospital facilities and updates.
    • Execute monthly promotion plans with clear KPI.
    • Responsible in organizing and coordinating programs/ Symposium and Clinical Grand Round and events involving the Hospital’s consultants and coordinate closely with
    • Medical Affairs on the program.
    • Organize and coordinate any off-site health talks involving the Hospital Consultants at the operations premises for their staff, agents and clients.
    • Assist to formulate, organize and implement sales & marketing strategies in order to increase the company’s sales and market share.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
    • 3-6 years of experience in marketing or any relevant field
    • Proven working experience in Public Relations/ Digital Marketing is required
    • Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills
    • Solid experience with social media including Linkedln, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

    Quality Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • To oversee and monitor the inspection and testing of quality control samples taken from production, raw materials and finished products.
    • Will be responsible for quality control, observation and examining the production processes repeatedly.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervises and coordinates activities of QC workers in the production process.
    • Follows inspection protocols and defined sampling procedures.
    • Determines devices and mechanisms to be used in the testing processes.
    • Inspecting incoming materials to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
    • Repeats inspection procedure until quality standards and specifications are attained.
    • Confers with customer representative to resolve complaints.
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Sciences, Food Science and Technology.
    • Recommends changes in specification of materials parts and products based on inspection results.
    • In-depth understanding of the trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the manufacturing industry.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or M.Sc in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in similar role.
    • Experience in food processing is an added advantage.
    • Relevant professional certification like ISO, FSSC, HACCP is an advantage too.
    • Good organizational and Planning skills.
