    Production Supervisor

    Job Description 

    • Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee their production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
    • The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
    • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
    • Overseeandcoach employees
    • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
    • Check production output according to specifications
    • Submit reports on performance and progress
    • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
    • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
    • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
    • 4-7 years of experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
    • Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
    • Advanced skills in MS Office
    • Organizational and leadership abilities

    Finance and Account Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client is currently in need of a Finance and Account Officer who will be responsible for analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and preparing budgets.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
    • Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
    • Ensure compliance with Government financial regulations
    • Prepare balance sheets and process invoices
    • Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
    • Identify and Resolve financial disputes
    • Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
    • Monitor and control expenditures within the approved budget.
    • Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions
    • Update internal systems with financial data
    • Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Professional certification in any finance-related body is a plus
    • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
    • Experience using financial software
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Knowledge of financial regulations
    • Ability to handle accounting issues quickly
    • Good communication skill
    • Adequate mathematical skill to keep accurate records
    • Transparent, Diligent, Organized, Detailed
    • Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Modern Trade Sales Executive

    Major Duties and Responsibilities
    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI.
    • Planning and executing promotions at the outlets to meet trade excellence.
    • Execute sales activities for assigned business/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order-taking
    • Respond to customer orders and queries
    • Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products
    • Regularly servicing stores as per designated coverage.
    • Opening new outlets and attending sales inquiries.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by superior and Company.

    Qualifications and Skills required
    The ideal candidate will have/be:

    • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent
    • 2-4 years working experience in Modern Trade Sales or as a Key Account Manager with experience in FMCG industry.
    • Strong management skills with key outlets of modern and general trade.
    • Able to work in fast pace environment.
    • Strong desire to deliver results, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    • Outgoing, enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, honest and accountable.
    • A good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Knowledgeable in SFA (sales force automation) would be an added advantage.
