    Business Development Executive (Bidder)

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a robust bidding strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify bidding opportunities.
    • Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial components.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the preparation of bid documents.
    • Conduct bid evaluations and risk assessments.
    • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
    • Develop and maintain a bid management system to track bidding activities and performance.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
    • Proven track record of successful bid submissions.
    • Strong understanding of the bidding process and contract management.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assist in the closing process, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
    • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports.
    • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide recommendations.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, and forecasting financial performance.

    Qualifications
