    Network Administrator

    Job Description

    • The Network Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the company’s network operates with maximum uptime, providing fast and reliable connections for both employees and infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure maximum uptime of the company’s network to provide fast and reliable connections.
    • Design and implement new network solutions and improve the efficiency of current networks.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot the entire network and report network status to key stakeholders.
    • Maintain all network devices.
    • Back up critical configuration information for core and other critical network devices (routers and switches).
    • Configure routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
    • Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
    • Attend to other assignments as directed by the Head of Department.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field
    • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or Huawei Certified Network Professional (HCNP)
    • Hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols.
    • Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, OSI models.
    • Knowledgeable in various network concepts, protocols, designs, and implementation.
    • Deep understanding and experience with Cisco and Huawei network devices.
    • Proficiency in network fault identification and monitoring tools.
    • Liaising with OEM, vendor and third party for support on the network.
    • Excellent judgment, analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written), teamwork abilities, and problem-solving skills.

    Microfinance Branch Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the implementation of strategies to attain increasing business growth and optimal profitability of the branch.
    • The role requires a deep understanding of microfinance products, regulatory, community engagement, and the ability to drive sales targets and increase in market share.

    Responsibilities

    • Expand the branch customer base through opening of new active customer accounts and activation of inactive accounts.
    • Creation of quality risk assets.
    • Providing leadership to facilitate prompt repayment on due loans and keeping the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within the guiding internal threshold.
    • Maintain good oversight on Teller and CSO and uphold controls around their operations.

    • Evidence of completion of professional certifications in the financial sector.
    • Ability to disburse Micro, SME Loans in large volumes without default.
    • Experienced in repayment tracking and loan collection without a day default.
    • Analytical and practical understanding of workflow, capacity planning / optimization and process implementation
    • Proven experience of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Basic Financial Analysis - Ability to interpret income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and financial ratios.
    • Extensive understanding of microfinance banking regulations

    • Maintaining an on-going, transparent dialogue with the MD to ensure that the MD is kept up to date with day to day activities.
