    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality goods and services.
    • This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships.
    • Manage the procurement process, including the preparation of purchase orders and contracts.
    • Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for cost savings.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Certification in procurement (e.g., CPP, CPM) is a plus.

    • As a Company Car Driver at Davina Hill Resort & Hotel, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for company personnel, clients, and guests.
    • Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and comfortable travel while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely transport company personnel, clients, and guests to various locations as directed.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.

    • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
    • Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

    Requirements

    Job Summary 

    • We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.
    • The Internal Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial and operational processes.
    • This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of auditing principles and practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct Audits: Perform comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, financial records, and compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management principles.
    • Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
